I do solo a lot - in ships that commit fully to the fight every time. I even pop*****y crows on occasion, whaddaya know? :)
I fly gallente - and I don't do the nanothing, so when I go in, I'm going in and I'm there to stay. I choose my targets carefully - and that keeps me alive and in business. I don't blame people for relying on speed or for flying nanoships. They get to choose their fights, so I'll have to choose mine. But I find it laughable when they take the moral high ground and start lamenting the death of PvP, considering the entire game is revolving around speed these days.
I got your number though, bro'. Last time I saw you, in Aeschee some months ago, you and a mate of yours were zooming around in crows smacking away in local at people in ships too heavy for them to catch you. Maybe you should fight more and smack less? It'd be a sure way to get some more action. :)
My sec is -9.9, your is -3, sorry but i got the killboards to back my claims up and for a person that says he solo's a lot such as yourself i would expect you to be at least an outlaw; and i am more than qualified to comment on it - i've been doing it since i started eve. Regarding the moral high-ground, i havn't taken it and never will, i have little morals anyway. Fact is you are one of those generic forumn repliers that will post and be contradictory for the sake of it, rather than finding a solution and trying to aid the problem; solopvp has taken a downturn partly due to the lack of survivable, good ships and partly due to the underpopulated nature of lowsec - people like yourself who troll thought out posts are just perpetuating the problem, now go die in a fire please (metaphorically of course, *sigh).
Try making yourself look like less like an idiot in the future. I run into Atreides all the time, and just recently has he gone back to non-outlaw status. Either way, his sec rating is not the scale by which he should be judged.
You say you have lots of kills, they would probably be easier to see if I didn't have to check 10 killboards for your last 6 months of play.
The fact is, people will see a Crow or Vagabond or Rapier/Huginn or Ishtar on scan, and just say "forget it" and leave. Personally me and Atreides have gotten into a good number of scraps over the past year, and *gasp* we are both in ships that are forced to commit to the fight. IMHO, that's how you have the most fun anyway, when something is actually on the line 100%
