Faction BS cost was a gimme, but what's with the unmentioned changes of Logistics cruiser cost? You might want to rethink having EAS cost the same as normal T2 frigs. THD change is good. Means you can't just go all out gank and must have a balanced setup. Kudos on that.

I rather enjoyed watching the HUN logistic pilots working their behinds off keeping the Manticores alive. Not every match needs instant explosions, sometimes the drawn out fights give the viewer more time to analyze the strats and enjoy trying to pick them apart while watching the match. I can appreciate every single match in the tournament, even if it ends in a stalemate with no explosions.

Sharkbait is right. The captain is our contact to the team. If it absolutely essential, a team may announce a new captain and needs to do so 24 hours in advance, at least. Sometimes announcing captain changes 24 hours before are simply not possible.
