Anyone caught using this exploit will be punished accordingly, as this can easily be tracked and verified in our logs. Alright so let me get this straight, using the properties of a ship class that is at least in terms of background or spirit of the class to do evade an enemy or the local authority is an exploit! Black Ops Battleships are suppose to be able to do exactly what the exploit describes: Evade the response of a superior force once you have made the hit and run attack. The ships are not cheap and assassinating a target in high sec and escaping is exactly what kind of thing a Black Ops Battleship might do.

You would have a point if concord never forgot what you did. Unfortunately they forget and stop trying to kill you after 15 minutes. That's a limitation in the way they're coded, but it does not make sense that you could do it, leave, and never face future punishment. And of course if they patched this by having them kill you the next time you come into high-sec, you would just come back in a shuttle. If they never catch you, you've somehow exploited mechanics.
