I¦v been with Corp1 for a while now and we all have pretty fun gaming together... some of us pvp, some mine, and some do noobie training. Thats whats its all about, isent it...
and for the record, i have never, ever pod another player... yet

This whole thing seems to me like bad form on both sides.
First of all, you have monarch agreeing to pay, but the people there weren't paid for, and would not answer.
Second you have corp 1 who agreed to this deal, but stole a tempest.
The solution would seem to be return the tempest, and for monarch to reimburse corp 1 for everyone who went down there. Corp 1 won't do this. I'd have to say that I'd think twice b4 trusting anything corp 1 said to me, and then think twice more.
All of this is assuming you believe it is right for them to charge you to be there in the first place. Perhaps you should gather your forces and go in there guns blazing Monarch.
I'm sure if you get a few of their battleships near to collapse that they will be more than happy to return the tempest, at that point it would be interesting to see whether you would let it go for just a tempest and a few million isk.

Do i even have to comment this (Pointing at your Corp tag) If Corp 1 made a misstake we takes care of it most of the time giving the victim a solution that everyone likes.
Second we all play this GAME, Diffrently earning you ISK, by mining, hunting, PVP, ransoms and so on. Tell me the diffrent between gatecamping and ransoming ISK from players and 2 jumps later they get podded?
So if someone says to me or my corp m8tes ill pay to do whatever in whatever and he dont = death, as simple as that.
Dont like it, hate me, whine and cry sending me mails about tracking me down.

ps. alll these ppl saying they gona come down or saying that corp 1 don't have skills and can't pvp, PUT UR ISK WHERE UR POSTS ARE AND COME FIND US!!!!!!!!!!! u know where we are and if u don't try checking derelick and providence. (btw try checking the sistems .4 and below... just a note to those that maibe not be sure where to look)

About two weeks ago I was down in southern derlik npc hutning in my raven. I ran onto some corp 1 and offered to pay a hutning fee for them to just leave me in peace. Which I paid, and I didn't mind paying it. Somone spoke about a nap and said we would get together and discuss it later. I left the chat stating if you have any questions or have a problem with myself or a corp mate just conv me anytime.
Two days later I was participating in a corp mining op for some jaspet and I saw sally warp into the system. I tried to raise sally on local and spoke a few lines such as "how are you" "how's corp 1" "need anyting form us?"
about 20 minutes passet and the next thing i know we have a tempest, two ravens, and a bb warp into our mining op. Everyone got away except myself which I was guarding our haulers.
Just another example of how corp 1 lures peopel into thinking they are frendly only to screw them over. I honestly felt corp 1 would at least give me a warning or tell us to pay up some money. But we were not even in territory that they claim.
Just be forwarned. I just finshed a new ship myself but I will stay out of there way from now on and have no dealings with them.

But it is a shame that you can't travel in this game hardly at all, at least to any low securty or 0.0 systems unless your traveling in a fleet. All i wanted to do orignallyw as shoot some npc.

This is a very funny post. Indeed. Like I'd need 20 minutes to find your fat ass Raven in a belt. I entered the system quickly, found you on the scanner within seconds and I asked the others to jump in and to warp to your position, we killed your Raven in around 2 minutes and left.
I remeber you saying something like "I am under attack", by the time you were already half dead.
You are just another whining carebear who tried to mine our ore and now you are whining on the forums about the loss of your ship.

Now where in my post did I complain about about being blown up and acting like a carebear? I was in full battle gear, I got beat fair enouph. My comment was that 1) we were not in your territory. and 2) just 48 hours before I had purchased a npc pass and one of your members brought up the idea of a nap. Which i found strange but went along with it because we at the time would be interested in a nap. 3) I stated I would not have any futher dealings with corp 1 and would stay out of there way.
Did not say I would hunt corp 1, or make idel threats especially one that I know that I can not back up. At least 4 vs 1 anyway.
