Its too risky nowadays. I had a nasty experience the other day: -10 mega outside station, I aggressed in my mega, another mega, hyp, and maelstrom appear and pew pew my face.
I tried to deagress but it wouldn't let me redock, even 1min after i stopped aggressing.
In retrospect, I could've taken them all probably. I had the 1st mega in 25% armor when they appeared, and he had only just started on my shield.
Oh well, i know what to do next time.

You never make as much isk as you loose.

If I pirate solo I'd always prefer an Incursus or a Rifter. Or prehaps a Taranis. They are pretty affordable, and can usually fly past most gate camps. If the **** hits the fan then you only lose a couple million. --- I've always wondered about those Vagabond pilots... |

I totally agree with the op - nowadays the only good solo targets I can find are in the 'newbie lowsec' systems where people haven't learnt that the best way to be successful in eve is to blob. It annoys me even more when people blob just for the sake of it. I warped into a belt in my vexor hunting another vexor, about 2 seconds later another 3 ships have showed up to kill me - I still managed to warp before they locked me though. Later, warp to a planet at 100km, and there's a hyperion along with other assorted support there, just waiting to kill my vexor - that time they succeded. Whatever happened to fair fights and solo piracy? ======

That. I prefer Rifters though, they are preety awesome and I have been caught at a camp... well... never. Now and then I'll use a Rupture solo, but mostly with a couple of other people. Sig removed, inappropriate link. If you would like further details please mail [email protected] ~Saint |

I fail to see how that would bring anything back except people having to store 1000s of bookmarks on already crammed servers to get by in 0.0, and ofc a shuttle/hauler buffet at every gate in low sec.
Warp to 0, if anything, opened the doors to low sec which was a good thing. The problem is, though, that even the biggest moron can see that there's nothing to do in low sec that you can't do in high sec while being safer and earning more money.

Well, they aint blobbing you for the sake of it.
Those three ships you mentioned probably spent the last 2 hours looking for something to kill bored out of their mind. Do you honestly expect them to go
"right we got a vexor, so eveyone stay where they are and ill go solo it in MY deimos. Whats that PJ? Oh you want to solo it in your eagle. Ummm actually, that wont be a fair fight either.... well dock, all get in vexors, then draw straws to see who gets to ... oh **** hes left system"
People want pew pew, and THEY WANT IT NOW!! PEW PEW I TELLS YA!!

Yes they do and the pilot is called Mythral... they dropped a Nyx on some friends of mine in VMF-214 Blacksheep about a week or two ago in Edbinger.... talk about overkill, using a MOM for that purpose deserves the loss on principle
Rofl, I was in foundation until last wedensday and I didn't know this, after I saw the first post I even searched the killboards and I couldn't find it. I can tell you one thing tough, Foundation is a awesome PVP force, unless you can really bring it, I wouldn't enter GW.
