I know HIC is intended for taking out super capitals in low sec. I am totally for the idea. However, I doubt it is also dev's idea to chock blockade runner's survive ability in low sec. blockade runners are overpowered!!! lets nerf them by introducing the HIC class
anyhow, here is my idea, instead having some tanking bonus on transport ship skill, can we have something more useful, something like reduce 5% sig radius and 5% velocity, after all, its not too difficult to lock a blockade runner with 2 sensor booster + script at this moment.

If what I hear about the HIC is correct then the Blockade Runner is now useless since gate camps are likely to have one or more HICs. I love my Prorator. Used to run it up and down the Catch pipe all the time :) Got me home safely many a time.

Blockade runners still work ok in lowsec but they do need a boost because their bonus's are terrible and are never used.

Honestly I think that the use of the InfiniScram on Normal Non Supercap ships is unfair and overpowered

In my low-sec area there's a sensor & gangboosted Phobos. I'm smart enough to use a scout, and I've sat in my covops watching that phobos for hours looking for a feasible way around it.
After seeing that phobos lock & catch everything from a stabbed-out Iteron V to a pod, It's pretty obvious that my rigged/implanted 150mil prowler has bad odds of making it through that camp even using the align/cloak tricks.
The focus script is too overpowered for use in low-sec against non-capital ships. In 0.0 there's carriers/dreads/rorqals/etc to use for logistics. In low-sec the options are much more limited and/or expensive.

Blockade Runners are now useless. Period. The HIC has rendered them overpriced and useless.
My alternative is to use an Iteron IV with a Cloak II, Cargo Exp, Nano and a Warp Stab ... and just take my chances ... all for less than 10% the base cost of a Blockade Runner.
I do not know if the Dev's have anything up their collective sleeves to balance this however, I have not seen anything to suggest it.

How about an agility bonus, such as -10% inertial modifier per Transport ship level. Or perhaps a +1/+2 to warp strength per level instead.
On a related note, I really feel that all bubbles should have a warp scram strength. I know we're talking about blockade runners here, but using the Bustard as an example, it has a +2 warp strength, and 5 low slots. If you filled all those with stabs, you have a total of +7 warp strength. However, it can be stopped by a small bubble which only uses 3 Scramblers in it's construction. Even if you had 100% efficiency, through the entire field (which is VERY unrealistic) thats a total of -6. A large bubble uses 9 for a total of -18 which I can't see any ship getting past but again that is if it is at 100% efficiency.

Yep, their bonuses were junk before because if you actually used them you were bound to be dead in a matter of seconds anyway. Now their Warb Stab bonus which was not even that great to begin with is utterly pointless. After all, the Inty is never going to be used in Camps again now that the HIC can do everything it does AND Tank the worthless Sentries.
So obviously, as before, /signed But I doubt we will see a serious change in this sector. This is the "Industrail" sector and the Dev's have to wash their hands till they bleed every time they soil them by touching this sector. +++++++++++++++ I saw the Sign...!

does ANYONE use the repair bonuses? really, they are usless. blockade runners are meant for speed, agility, and warp core strength NOT TANKING. As a blockade runner pilot i have always hated how bubbles are infinity warp scram strength. My prorlater was pretty good cause i could get it up to about 2500m/s, but after the nano nerf i'm under 1500m/s which is not fast enough to get out of a bubble.

#1 HIC - my suggestion is that they can ignore the immunity of capitals against electronic warfare, but they should only have a limited warp scramble strength and not endless
#2 Blockade Runner - Signed too all i flying one by myself and i fit mwd, large schield ext, and an invu field. if someone shots at me i dont boost i wanna escape and not tanking. give us a bonus like mobility, speed, less mass, warp core strength
