its seems quite relavent to me. If it was any other ship but a Titan, they would have been SOL.
They changed the password on their POS and kicked out the titan when they launched it. This is completely in keeping with game mechanics and what should have been expected as per the above link. The only reason it was returned was because it was a Titan.

This is all intended game mechanics. If a unpiloted ship has no PW or the wrong PW it is ejected from the POS. To avoid this, you board the ship.
If this had been a carrier, the GM would not have intervened. DMC got very lucky with the petition.

Or how about the Billions and billions you all exploited on broken complex key holder resapwns, farming them 23/7 with first your mains, and then when CCP said no more, its an exploit, your throwaway alt corps. How many hundreds of billions in exploited isks did you all pocket? I bet that went a long way to get you where you are now.
you see, most of the newer pups have no idea your dark history is as tarnished as those who you now point to with the over used dev sploit cry...
But others...do.
