As today this was brought up when i spoken to someone and i realized RA plays even more dirty then i could imagine - here is another post (we dont have enought of them so far about DMC yet):
After RA offered 40 bil and we refused; there was this all known titan pilot; Vashi Dokumentu - i belive u all know him from all titan auctions
He offered 120 bil for avatar; wow - nice and sweet deal and directlly to hands of our protectors (at this point RA have officially not yet said anything to us)
-Vashi comes to our system, gets pos pasword, he said he will trust Unrah with full amount, board titan and be gone
-all good, he wants to see it first
-as pilot was not prepared we offered him screeny of capital array
-he refuses as valid proff and asks for lunching
-after some thoughts we decide to launched titan (ship should stay in shield, pasword was changed so all should be good)
-ship lunched - bounced FAR out of shileds
-he borded it with his alt, and insted of sending isk, he loged 
-ofc at this moment it was totaly clear what their true intentions was and we know for posibl bug of ejectin titan far away wich is bug
-petition and exact info given obviuslly resulted by removing titan from Vashi and returning it to owner
If RA/XIX would like to have it straight they could just have sended isk ower and trade would be done, insted hell - FREE titan.
And now they r whining we have tried to scam them on the trade
unbelivable but hey - read the baner

So, what you're saying is, you used CCP as a means to fix what your incompetence got stolen? You didn't deserve to get that titan back, in fact, I don't think you deserve any of them if you would do something like that.

Read about this on SHC, first they try to steal the titan then buy it for less than it cost to build now using you as an excuse to flee from the GBC... pretty sad but happens. Get your assets safe then give them a bloodily nose.

seems to me red alliance have become as arrogant as bob that they have been fighting so long. but in a long run you guys are killing yourself with this kinda actions and arrogance. every dictator will fall if he starts to think he can do anything he likes. in the end you will get hordes of disgruntled people on your doorstep like bob now. and no im not bob or any of their pet alt but quite opposite..

FYI bouncing ship at 5K far out of pos shileds is not IMPLEMENTED and INTEDED to be like that! So pres F1 to F12 and do tutorials, read, and then post!
