EVE is "what you see is what you get" gameplay, the developers set the game mechanics and everything else is emergent gameplay. The only thing curtailing that are exploit decrees by CCP and your own limitations (be they knowledge or honor or RP). There have been built tons of titans (on both servers) and the launch has never been decreed an exploit. Going to a GM to whine about the launch is expected, the GM taking CCP's responsibility into his own hands is not. ~ no not believin in urself ~
