No, this means that when you eject a ship from an sma in a pos, its not intended for that ship to bounce ofut of the pos shields. I can't believe this point is even being debated.

Use arrows wisely
If the titan was bumped out accidently by another ship then fine, it shouldnt have been given back, but as the op has stated it seems like the titan shot out from the ship array at a stupid speed in which no one has control over which is quite obviously a bug and there for i believe CCP made the right decsion in returning the titan to DMC

One thing blurs their vision Kriger, greed. If any of RA's allies were more concerned with victory and proving themselves than making loads of ISK (and by that I mean their directors, not the grunts) I'm sure a lot less people would be positive to Red Alliance.

The reason it was returned as i get it is that it¦s not supposed to bump the titan 5k of the array when undocked.
That is a bug, witch it seems is known and therefor an exploit.
XIX seemed to know this, but tried to do it anyway and hoped the gms wouldn¦t do anything i assume.
if it is intended game mechanic to bump it long way out then i assume the gm¦s would not give it back.
You are talking to the people that abused EVE exploits and bugs for years (carrier bug, complex farming, logoffsky etc etc). If there is a way to exploit and cheat Russians (RA, Ultima Ratio, Legion etc ect) will do it, no doubt about it.

Hang on a sec...firstly DMC was still friendly to RA very much so - so why would they not trust them? So its not down to stupidity.
