Originally by: Kasheem Cetanes What XIX did was, from a moral level, wrong. Straight up, quit your whining /btards and Dishonorable Members of the alliance XIX.
As a community we must deem that was has been done by XIX was wrong, and because of this wrong doing, I know that I personally, will never in the future have any dealings with this alliance, at all, other than shooting them out of their space.
I once had respect for this group of pvpers, but now they are nothing more then slime, and far from even what I would call Russian.
The hysterical OP is from DMC. Up until this thread (a reminder for small-minded: a thread started by DMC) there wasn't a single post from X.I.X on this matter. The whinage, started by DMC, forced X.I.X to shed a light on our side of this story. As much light as our leaders deemed necessary.
You, and "your community", may or may not chose to believe it; or apply your personal anonymous moral standard to a situation of which you are largely ignorant. However, you (and "your community") look less than credible when you twist the known (admitted) facts and then scream about morality and wrongness. Do keep your "respect" to yourself, you may need it to explain yourself to "your community".
Oh, and you are welcome to come to the drone regions to shoot at us. ...

I don't blame XIX for trying to keep this quiet and not wanting the rest of Eve to know that it employs and condones cheaters and liars. Too late for that, though.
You must know a lot about keeping quiet, having to hide behind an alt on an anonymous forum dedicated to a computer game. Must have cheated and lied a lot. ...

Originally by: Kasheem Cetanes I have a simple response, a question as it were: Was what was done, by XIX right?
A better question would have been "why was this done? it was surely known that the stink would be overwhelming?"
However, I'm not here to quench your curiosity. Have your management contact my management.
Originally by: Kasheem Cetanes Though DMC's response was unprofessional at best, they were ALMOST screwed. Why do business with some one that exploits game mechanics to get ahead?
Now that's a good question, one that might lead you to some nonlinear conclusions. ...

EVE is designed as a sandbox, a set of tools to use as players see fit. Many of those tools aren't even properly documented in any official capacity. Unless you're a sheep making excuses for your favorite side. ...

Unless you're a sheep making excuses for your favorite side. Then you call it "exploiting".
The whole t20 thing was some unfair "exploit, exploit!" whine by goons/d2???
Are you somehow implying that a player using an admittedly obscure game mechanic is the same as a dev using dev tools to spawn valuable items for his alliance? ...

You sir, have obviously never read the EULA. You should, you really should, then you will have enough knowledge to participate in debates like this.
Simply said, get a clue mister!
Did you have something to say on the subject, or are you just out to walk a bunch of alts? ...

It's dangerous out there. Wars are fought. Fighting methods vary so much that it's not even clear when some wars start and when they end. And there sure ain't such a thing as a clean war.

It is revealing that most of the alts that post in this thread bitterly and self-righteously defending EVE-online rules of conduct set by CCP's GMs, are themselves only too happy to break (or circumvent) the rules of this forum (established by the same company) to be able to vent their fetid vitriol. This glaring double standard is the true measure of their credibility and intent. ...

At least they are not exploiting in-game like xxxxxxxxlegionxxx
How would you know? All of them your alts? Certainly, experience shows them to be quite willing to break the rules.

Instead, I suggest you read my message again since I don't think you quite understood my point. I understand you are trying to justify your wrong-doings by claiming to stand on the morale high ground, but really common belief is that you guys knew about this bug, and tried to exploit ità
No, you do not. My post was a simple comment on motivations and integrity of most of the accusers in this and other threads, who happened to be alts. This has fnck all to do with morality or lawfulness (as, indeed, does the world of EVE).
The other kind of accusers, those like yourself, are tools with no significant knowledge of any facts related to these events (except those you decide to take on faith based on your personal bias), nor any way to influence them, and are irrelevant.
I do not feel the need, nor am I justifying my actions, and/or the actions of my alliance, to anyone here, regardless of classification.

Did Cruel gave isk or titans or blueprints to a GM? I am confused by these accusation you give here. What excactly did Cruel Fox give for a temporarily invulnerable Punisher that could possible interest a GM? And has Ocelot given anything else you can prove?
You're babbling. Things have been pretty clear from the beginning. This is simply another data point that supports initial conclusions. ...

I personally don't see anything discrediting here. Not for RA, that is.
A GM is working with a player character that has very recently been involved in a controversy caused by a GM's involvement in reimbursing this player's titan. If appearances do not matter to this GM, what's to say he cares about any other subtlety that is intrinsic to the type of work he is supposed to be performing? Is this incompetence or stupidity? Judging by how well these two have hit it off, it's both. ...
