Ok here it goes, there is a Machariel polit that is well, seems to be unbeatable.  We have tried a few things but can not even get close to tackling this guy nor even hurt him a little. He has a ship that will go around 8.5kn and nos form hell. Ok i know your saying this is a bs how can it go 8.5kn, we thought the same thing till we engauge it a few times and our fast ships can not even get close to him. He has shared his set up with us and in EFT it says it will go that fast.
Ok then i am asking how do you counter a ship that fast and can sux the cap out of you even with a 800 cap booster going full speed. We have tried tackling him with two ships and two webs each ship @ 86.5% each web x 4 and he still paws us in about two min. This while two ships fire on him with some real dps and he just paws us take one of the other two ships down and the other runs for his life.
So now when he comes into the system we run and hide in the station till he leaves. This is not my style i do not mind loosing a ship and most of my m8 either just seems a waste to try with out a better idea.
So some of you smart  let me know what team might beable to take this guy on? Thanks for any help just would like to know what might work.

Ravens 3 one with level 5 Bs so this might do the dps we need.

Hawk 1
So it looks like we might be able to take this guy on and get some real isk billions!
To be clear we have not done well so far he has kicked our coletive a--! But i am not one to run in hide so been thinking how to do this and being a noob to a point needed help! So thanks so far!

I guess i am not explaining it right.
Now i see we have to tackle then ECM him so he can not lock our ships. Then we have to deal the dps. In this way we would not have the cap loss to lose the web. This was our mistake in our first encounter with him the last time.
Thanks every one who help in clearing up where i was making a mistake. I see the light i was not thinking about ECM for some reason.

The char is from 03 he has snake implants and officer gear. He is good at solo fighting.I do not want to give his name because i do not want some one to let him know that i am trying to figure a way to take him down.
The best plan would to be to use his own ego againest him. We are not scarde just want to keep our loses to a min till we can take him at our game not his.
Too set the trap i have planned i need him to think he is going to pawn us easy! That way he might let his gaurd down so we can get close enough to tackle him with one ship.
So i hope see what i am trying to do get input from you older wiser too how a noob want 2b should try and take out a older smart !
If i do make the plan work i will then post who where it is. Then all the good loot we should get from a good ship!
If not might see if one of you good want to come and take a shot at him seeing how most think it is easy to do.

He may be reading these post, I am a noob and do every day to find out what is going on and learning.
Yes stroking ego with mink glove even when in system always! Exploit every weakness no matter how small it is works in game just like real life.
The fact it may enbolden him to make mistake!
I just hate to be owned by some one no matter how good they are. So if i get killed a hundred time i will keep coming back till i get it right. The luck sometimes turns in funny way.
