Here's the secret:
4x heavy neuts, 2x smarties.
4x heavy cap booster IIs (800s), capital shield booster, web, point.
DCU, 2x PDS II
3x CCC.
Cap stable as long as you have injector charges, and hell, you have 40k m3 of those, and 600dps with sentry drones.

I'm unable to find it in my chat logs...but I was shown a link to a KM where a guy cynoed his Rorqual ontop of an AFK cruiser and the Rorq killed it...lol.
If I ever find the link again I'll post it.
