DMC surrenders, get evacuation-NAP, RA-allied dishonor it

So far, so "good". What wasn¦t mentioned is that all allies (xxdeath, Ultima Ratio, Ethereal Dawn, Intrepic Crossing) that aided RA/Ka-Tet in the siege of DMC space wasn¦t only to remain red (we knew that), but they would also gatecamp the route out of our constellation (as well as cyno-route) and from time to time our stations. Besides this use cloakers/traps at our jumpbridges to kill easy targets. Is it RA that can¦t keep their allied in place, or their allied that doesn¦t honor ther masters deals? As I know it you don¦t shoot at those that surrenderd and shows white flag in wars - and I think RA should make sure their allies don¦t bring more bad reputation to this situation by having such a messed up NAP. DMC has surrendered. RA has offered us one week to get out. Can RA make their allied stop interfering with this deal - plz. I'd prefere and all blue local from all active in this siege to see this nap made in same respectful way as Northern Coalition gave the invaders of their space when they surrendered. Can RA make this happen? I know U only need to give the order to fix it. And - no, the fact that it¦s different alliances on the paper isn¦t a matter - all knows that mentioned parts wouldn¦t do anything unless RA either ordered it or approved it. To say it¦s out of RA control isn¦t an answer that I see fit.

So if RA hadn¦t decided to forget that the deal wouldn¦t been made. Besides that many also in local tried to stop this smack, as well as apologize for it - since most members don¦t find such smack fit for any situation.

As xRazoRx is suggesting above there may have been other actions or perceived actions that have created diplomatic issues. Our russian allies are not very trusting and for good reason.
