TTI CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS, Somewhere in Caldari space û Taggart Transdimensional Incorporated is proud to make the following announcement:
TTI has entered production on the Caldari Scorpion-class Battleship. This high CPU, high medium-slot vessel is the latest jewel of Caldari manufacturing excellence, and will serve as the highest EW battleship platform for years to come.
Tintomara, President of Nikuno Starship Designs, made the following comments: ôThe metal has been put to the fire, as they used to say. NSD is proud to be at the forefront of battleship production for TTI. Our shipyards have seen more activity in the last few days than we could have ever anticipated. Mineral shipments are arriving hourly to meet the demand of this production line.ö
While the initial Scorpion product run will be owned solely by TTI, pre-orders of this hi-tech vessel will soon be made available to TTI allies and to corporations that have received MFC (Most Favored Corporation) status with TTI.

About the Scorpion:
(CCP Description) - The first Scorpion-class battleship was launched only a couple of years ago, and those that have been built are considered to be prototypes. Little is known of its capabilities, but what has been garnered suggests that the Scorpion is crammed to the brink with sophisticated hi-tech equipment that few can match.
The Scorpion has the highest CPU (750), the highest speed (125) and the highest number of medium slots (8) of any battleship known in the EVE universe.

Good Job, I know it took alot of work to buy and get the minerals to build it. Now you encounter the other end of the problem... who can fly it? While I don't doubt there are some pilots who have trained to be able to use the battleship skill. I do however question their ability to do anything else other than sit in the*****pit of it. The scorpion is the best EW ship right now, since it has 8 med slots and extremely high sensor strength. However I would suggest any pilot capable of just flying it to wait a while. It would be a shame to see a 100+ mil investment get blown up due to a pilot's lack of combat and EW skills. So, don't go showing the ship off when it roles off the assembly line. "The four" maybe out there, but they won't come to protect you from a quick strike.

There are Capable Pilots And they can do more than just pilot the ship.

Nice part about how we did it j0rt is that we did it without having to use communitarian rules where the corp bosses get all the money, tell everybody what they have to do, and always decide who gets what :)

Not sure what other word to use. Communist isn't a very nice word so I was looking for something descriptive and non-negative. Open to suggestions!
In TTI we have faith in our leadership and we work towards a common goal as well, so I suspect we aren't all that different. The main difference being exactly how we work towards those goals is all :)
