I had a no possibility to fall into play more than 3 hours, all ok? LOL! The delay of the screen in 10-20 minutes, delay to activations of the modules in 10-20 minutes, delay of the jump in gates before more 30 minutes this orderly, all ok? LOL! I love your lagggssss.... LOL!

Possibly you should have thought about whether being part of a 400+ man fleet was the smartest idea you ever had if you hate lag that much.
Lag is a part of large fleet fights. Deal with it!

To all of you who say say server lag isnt grounds for reimbursement... say your flying an officer fitted ship persay worth lets say 20bil never have flown one but for sake of arguement. Sorry our logs dont show any hickups.. needless to say i was playing on a T3 connection at work on a super computer that cost was probably more than the servers eve runs on.. i knew i wasnt gonna get it but ccp needs to realize that their servers are not good at all and need upgraded losing ships for server lag is making the game less and less appealing

Lag is a serious issue in eve lately and should be reimbursted as it is not our computers or connection that s*ck but the servers that are doing this.
I do not agree with posting logs, nor with posting GM¦s replies, but this person is trying to tell you that he / she experienced alot of lag while trying to play the game he / she is paying for, and all you guys can do is reply with wiseass remarks about offtopic stuff.
LAG is seriously "funking" up our gameplay lately and SOMEONE at CCP should start fixing it,

TBH just t1 fit your ship and insure it, bobs on the way out anyway and so far all losses i've taken occured while i was loading a blank screen or couldnt even see the massive blob that had warped in on top of me thanks to lag.
CCP dont give a crap, they've made that pretty clear.

Its a well known fact that fleet battles lag, has been for an age. Now fair enough CCO shudnt promote the game by advertising fleet battles but you should know to expect lag by now.

3) Let's say we could trust those logs as they couldn't be manipulated. They still don't say anything about this being server lag. If it's not the server there are no grounds for reimbursement. The overhead possibly catching the difference between server/client/network latency is not worth it. It's obvious to anyone who understands networking.
4) The rules I mentioned in 1) state that losses due to latency or desync will not be reimbursed. Rules don't make much sense unless we follow them. Please see: *

Did that ever come accross CCP's DEV's mind that logging system is inadequate? Let us this think about logs for a second. The only purpose of logs is to be able to trace back a set of events which lead to a particular situation. In that way the system of logs should be driven by a set of those situations which occur most often and get querried most often. What is the point of logging system which does not address very big majority of querries by direct users of the system who employ those logs ?
