Could you survive playing on another purchased character? Yes, do it Could you then join your old corp with your newly purchased character? Yes, do it. Could you survive playing Eve without them? Yes, do it. Could you survive without playing Eve? Yes, do it. There you go, everything needed to help you decide whether to do it. And yes if I could get 70+ bill from stealing from a corp I'd do it. If I had to join the corp and play with them for a few months or a year to do it, I'd do it. I wouldn't however do it for anything less than 14 billion.

Sure they're nice guys, but are they 70 billion ISK of nice guys? Would you pay 70 bil to hang out with them? Man, for 70 billion you can buy friends. Or very convincing fakes. In some major alliance, I could find a way to rationalize it. I'd pull it off, that scene just doesn't appeal to me. Then I'd buy a thousand Armageddons, fit them with a basic T2 loadout, no rigs, and an Amarr alt, to solo PvP forevermore...

No matter how you steal stuff, it's almost surely going to get traced back to you, unless you are FAR better at keeping things quiet than you have heretofore shown yourself to be. Now, here's another thought...do you really want to be known as a person (in-game) who can be bought? Or tempted? Do you want the reputation of a thief? In the EvE universe, scammers and thieves are the low lifer scum...no offense - it can be fun to play scum! - but they are. No (almost no one, anyway) one trusts them, works with them, or believes them, in my experience. If that's fine by you, go ahead. As for me, I determined early on that whatever I did in EvE, my word would be my bond. So, no, I wouldn't steal one titan, or 100 billion, or one trillion, or whatnot...because it personally isn't worth it to me. Meh...who would you rather be? Of course, you're not really doing it to prove chribba wrong, because chribba didn't read the thread to realize that it wasn't actually a Titan you were stealing.
