Isnt that the lowslot tracking enhancer ....
They dont use scripts

Scripts are used like ammo, drag the correct script onto the module once you have the module fitted to your ship.

Tried that - nothing happens - no error message just doesn't load
but there again it doesn't have a chargetype in attributes

It has been confirmed in the past that the description is wrong. Low slot modules do not use scripts.

Descriptions tend to be fixed soon(tm). The problem is probably that doing this requires someone who can actually read and write.
