I lied, I wasn't actually sure I was going to bother with it. Tempest Kane promptly slapped me around and made me work, and today, I bring you the results. I know many of you have been waiting, and I try not to disappoint, so I hope you're all gonna thoroughly enjoy this. Well...thats all I've got to say. Linky : Relentless Length : 5:12 Resolution : 960x540 Filesize : 80mb IMPORTANT INFORMATION You'll need the CCCP (codec pack) or VLC (standalone player) in order to play the video. Also note you need a pretty fast computer to play it back without stuttering. If your computer is too slow to play the video at full speed, download this codec pack and install only the included CoreAVC. If you have the CCCP or FFDshow already installed, disable H.264 decoding in its video codec settings to activate CoreAVC. Enjoy! 族---族 Latest Video : FAT- Camp

Posted - 2008.02.05 18:25:00 - [79] Tis a nice looking vid, well co-ordinated with the music and a excellent first professional-like player made vid of the new graphics. It's also good propaganda in a way. However, as some people have already said, some back-story/fact would have been much better rather than the controversial dialogue that was of little interest (ego++) to an onlooker. Also more fights footage would be nice. POS shooting is pretty much boring. All in all I give it 9/10 for looks and a 2/10 for content --------------------------------------

I was using my mouse to do all the tracking effects. Tbh, I think it looks better than the camera menu if you can do it properly, because it's not so extremely precise. I run eve at 1280x960, but the res for the video was lower so I could have room to remove parts of clips I don't like. Most of the footage was scaled to between 90 and 75% it's normal size, making it looks niiice 族---族 Latest Video : Relentless

Its x264 with the latest adaptive quantization algorithm (by me, zomg!). Get the latest build from x264.tk and use it in place of whatever .exe your x264 encoding GUI of choice uses. Listened more carefully now a second time, I still experience the slow down thing, I hear now that music is on beat, but drums play a pattern that confuses me, and seem slightly off beat at times. An effect that I don't enjoy in this tune at all. I mean slightly off beat drums works nicely in jazz, some hiphop beats etc but for a rock tune having drums playing like this together with a well structured melody section.. Let it be stated for the record that I grow a massive boner when it comes to the "larger than life" stuff. With that said: the few text clips work very well. The audio syncing is ok, and hits a few good notes. Purple VS Reds gives a taste of what larger warfare looks like and removing the invasive HUD lets people not familiar with the game see it without getting distracted. There were a few rough spots with some footage being included that seemed choppy such as at 02:55. Otherwise, I really enjoyed it.
