oh, you misunderstood i'm missioning in 0.0 and lvl2 agents are in hostile areas so i was asking weather should stic with lvl1 and blic them or should i try to ask someone running lvl4s to join them and get standings that way?

let's say i played lvl1 missions, and i can now play lvl2. but there's no lvl2 agents near. is it possible to play lvl1s to jump over lvl2 agents and get stright to lvl3? if it's possible, is it doable? or should i just pay someone to take me alon...
