I can't say I agree with the OP here, but, eh, what are you talking about here? We're talking battleship tank here, and not even passive one... The question is how COULD a single batteship EVER tank 6, even T1 fit, battleships? (Except, maybe, for a specialised Scorpion baitship, but that's not the question here)?
First of all, missions are done using active tank when using a BS, and no active tank that you're gonna see on a missioning ship is gonna tank 6 battleships, period. Even for a small amount of time, active tank is like this.
Second, depending on what the battleships use and if they found your resist hole (missionrunning can be difficult with omnitank), they may one-two-three volley you (artie-torpphoons, ravens, artytempests, whatever). Are you serious here? Aligning for warp? In a raven? And that's just a little time? Quote:

Yes, it's fair IMO, but that doesn't mean that the faction guy ever stood a chance of a snowball in hell or that the rest of the statements are true. Quote:

ROFL. If the poor missionrunner could only last this long. Really, that's just a bunch of false assumptions. First, 6 battleships with high-alpha weapons can make shortwork of the pimped faction raven in no time, probably before concord interferes. Especially if, for example, he's fighting guristas and they shoot EM at him (ouch). Quintuple that if he is fighting in a slow-concord system (0.5).
Second, if they are using, say, dominixes, one they sic his drones on him, it's as good as over. Do you realize the damage of 5x6=30 double damage ogres (or praetors or whatever) are gonna deal? Ouch...
