The way BoB is fighting, they may yet hold their space, and every day they stay alive increases their odds of suvival. Based on the massive destruction taking place it may take multiple trillions of isk to kick them out of Delve in what is looking to be a capital ship and POS war of attrition. But then again, maybe not, the enemies against them might just be too much.
I am wondering though, what would happen if all the knowledge, skills and abilities of BoB were suddenly dispersed among the alliances of EvE. I am not referring to the BoB leadership, who I always expect to stay together along with many of their core players, but the rank and file grunts and their FC's, their logistics people and so on. I have to think that there will be no place for these people in the South.
Where will they go, what will they do?

Yes this is very likely at this time. Just the other day i saw 12 in an Aridia system. This is more than I saw in all but one system in delve that day. So Aridia is probably their space now and i think they can probably hold it for some time.

TBH though, nothing about BoB stuns me other than how amazingly unprepared for this war you seem to have been. I think that's the focus of the majority of Goonswarm's comments as well. Even Sesfan has said that they expected a much harder time of it. That's not a slag against BoB, it's just a reflection of the current state of events.

The only preparation they could have made other than what they have done was to recruit more ppl.
Unfortunatly most of the type ppl in eve who think its worth their monthly fee to watch a frozen screen for a bit of space they will never use or realy profit from are in your alliance. Still you get to post on CAOD how much space you have got so im sure that makes up for it.

Strange because everyone on your forums is amazed at just how big our numbers are compared to yours. BoB couldn't even raise enough pvp'ers this weekend at prime alliance time.

judging by the current bob memberships (ex-lv, ex-corm, finfleet lol .etc) the alliances they jump ship to will probably end up crumbling just like lv, corm .etc

Considering that these events were all planned at the BoB BBQ, they've had considerably more time to "prepare" for this than us. Indeed, BoB has actively been recruiting from the alliances that are no longer with them. And letting those alliances die was a good mechanism/motivational factor for getting these new recruit pilots.
That's not a slag against you mr.alt, it's just a reflection of the current state of events.

Try trolling again, this time make it more believable.
I do not buy what you are saying. And I think you are missing the point really. Goon propaganda aside, BoB has held on to their space surprisingly well considering how outnumbered they are. Most alliances in a similar situation would have been completely crushed.
I also think you are missing the point of the post. BoB does have expertise in the arenas of PvP and logistics that is as good as anyone in the game. You of course dispute that, but the fact you do not own Delve proves otherwise. They also have the knowledge, skills and organizational ability to run a major war, which is self evident. Those skills would be passed on to other alliances if BoB were to be shattered. They won't simply dissipate.
People talk about BoB as a roving gang wreaking havok. They do not talk about all the Northern alliances gaining BoB logistics and capital expertise and integrating that into their alliances as they bring on former BoB FC's and pvpers. Such a move could make them vastly stronger because they would gain tremendous leadership talent and people who understand teamwork and how to best make use of it. Killing BoB could create multiple mini-BoBs, all of them with the potential to grow into something spectacular.

They lost the better part of this war with about equal numbers spread between their vassals and "pets." Lets not forget all the dozens of battleships they suicided for BoB in western Tenerifis, or the towers one of their vassals put up in F4R. BoB had a large coalition behind them and they even had MC crush the entirety of the North back in April. It's only been the last month or so that "all of EVE" has been against them. They weren't even fighting MC until mid December.
BoB overextended and they dug their own grave by relying on nerfable tactics (spamming titans) to win. Despite how many fleet battles they may win, they've gotten old, fat and arrogant, and are still convinced to this day that they are the gatekeepers of EVE when nobody wants them to exist in 0.0 anymore.

I think people over-attribute skill and expertise to BoB's rise to power. Being a early bird in heavy 0.0 industrial/t2 bpo infrastructure, and having the reputation they had certain helped with internal cohesion, and attraction of pilots early on in the game. For example, it is easier to be a FC and successful when you're fleet is full of 20m+ skillpoint pilots flying T2 ships than if they were T1 low sp. Also just because the group as a whole was successful does not mean the individual would be successful in a different environment--- isn't that what teamwork is about (the whole is greater than a sum of its parts)? So I think the idea of "superstars" joining other alliances and raising the bar isn't really the point.
I don't think there will be multiple mini-BoBs. It's more likely that whatever is left will stay together. I also think there will be a lot of auctions of high sp characters, and we'll see many former BoB pilots losing their capital ships in silly ways because they're piloted by the next wave of scius.

Nice try at a troll, but still needs some work.
Again you miss the point. There are a lot of people in BoB with great skills. It would seem foolish to believe otherwise. If BoB were to be shattered those people would move on to other alliances, these "grunts" carry with them the skills that make BoB what it is. Many are highly experienced. Wherever they go they will bring a clear understanding of how to fight a war, and given a chance that expertise can take a disorganized rabble and create a credible pvp force backed with the needed logistics to sustain long, tough fights.

How many FC's does it take to train up and make a fleet work? Answer: One.
How many logistics people does it take to train up a good team? Answer: One.
Now throw several hundred of those people out into the world of EvE. Some of them are bound to land in a PvP alliances where they will be used to maximum effect. Even if 2/3 of BoB quits EvE, the knowledge base they gained from being in BoB will endure in the remaining 1/3.
