They forgot to bring enough cyno fuel that time. View related kills for the reason FDN cap blobs so much.
Damn, i'm out of words tbh .
It's what i always have been saying, FDN have so many **** pilots that they NEED to capital blob a bs to be able to kill it.

The best is yet to come!
Our comrade and good buddy Ugluuk has some nice footage. He took a little ole Rifter up to FOUNDATION space, and they engaged him.... with a PHOENIX DREAD(RUN!!), but lone and behold he ended up killing a Stileto and getting away.
I asked for this footage, but I think it's for some top secret project with a still unknown release date.
Uh oh, now I'm in trouble.
I just can't beleive something like this until I see it.

If they dont use them much anymore I can't imagine how often they used them back them. These guys rat in stabbed carriers in GW on a daily basis. They roam the region with 20 man Battleship gangs and have multiple carriers undocked in M-M waiting to cyno them in on anything that engages them. They warp them into fights with whenever they can no matter how small the gang they are fighting.
They then moan on their forums that we won't stand and fight. Lol, what do they expect us to do?
Like all alliances they have a few good pvp'ers - but there is no demonstration of that skill on a regular basis.
Duck Dodgers is actually the alt character of GORGON one of their primary FC's. He's actually pretty decent but according to reports Valdor Hag is mainly responsible for the decision to drop carriers on anything that moves. Which I might add does not sit well with everyone even in Foundation itself. "Fluffy stuff" as Valdor calls sub Battle Crusier class ships is generally not preferfed in his gangs.
When they don't have carrier support or large BS gangs then Foudnations membership is reduced to spinning ships in station as they don't do small scale PvP with the regions other roaming forces as a rule. In fact Deejunky has issued orders for them not to even travel solo (or words to that effect).

Come on Kal, a few months ago we had 20 people in N-DQ and you had 70-80 sitting in E02 with another 30 in M-M. You had Church, Talionis, Eternal Rising (who served us an 'eviction notice' and then lost all their POS) and we brought the fight to you, outnumbered to some absurd degree. And yes, we dropped 1-2 capitals in on gates even knowing we had only 20 guys for support and you had a gang of 60+. The only time I ever saw Veritas risk a capital against us on a gate was TiReichert's Phoenix, which he subsequently lost (though would not have done if others had jumped).
I know you did use some against TCF, though this led to the Light Darkness 'incident' where half your alliance blamed him for not actually jumping in (he said he was stuck and desync'd, I don't know).
As for moaning, none of us were complaining about -v-, you still bring a fight when able in whatever ships are to hand.
And as for pvp, if you read our battle reports (which I know you do), you'll know that on a regular basis our particular indulgence has been wiping entire gangs without losing a ship (and no caps! we docked them up when your FCs asked):

So I've only been in Molden Heath for like just this past weekend..but seriously, every time these guys show up, and scout us out they drop a couple cap ships. They don't even attempt to try to take us down with anything less than that.
Hell last time they had a 3-man BS gang with a mega dropping the cyno. How lame can one get?

Actually it was 40 mill..
Interceptors use expensive stuff, so a Rifter that kills interceptors pays itself back pretty fast..
And yes, Rifter vs Stilleto and they undocked a Phoenix with light drones..
Was a good fight.. 1 vs 2..Not often you get that anymore..

What I find mildly amusing is the number of threads started by an entity we have only a passing interest in, who live in a different region to us.
And what you don't get, I think, is how much it becomes a badge of inferiority for you to bother to post on every kill, how revealing that is for how things go. There was an empire war between us and we had something like a 60% efficiency against your forces, which is very high for a larger entity fighting a smaller hit-and-run entity. Granted, it's probably because we used carrier traps and such, and that's also why you made a thread complaining about our caps. Such is life.
You guys would be quite cool if you didn't whine so much :) Or, select members anyway.
As for that rifter, I actually checked the boards and it was a Veritas ship that dropped some gistii booster for you, our enemies since as far back as I played the game. So thanks

Don't take this the wrong way, but who are you? I see you post on FDN threads, and I've fought Infod a lot (great pilots) but who is your alt?
NightmareX appears only twice on the Foundati0n killboard. The first time is for a Drake kill, where you have 9 battleships on involved parties.
The second is your loss of a Tempest, killed by Deejunky and myself (and neither of us were in capitals). You had a friend that day who went back to the gate and didn't aggro - would have been a nice fight if he had.
So you've never been ganked by an FDN capital, if NightmareX is your main, and in fact the battleship you lost was much less of a gank than usually happens in the wildlands (though not saying it's your fault, I can't remember if you aggro'd or went for the gate).
Thus I'm curious, who is your main? Since the only real contact on kb with our alliance is losing your battleship to a non-gank, non-capital situation.

Yeah i have never been ganked by a FDN hotdrop of carriers, luckily.
I even remember someone in our alliance had set up a gang of 11 peoples in a gang to fight your 10 man gang. I was afk when that happened. Even with the same numbers on boths side, you had to jump in 5-6 carriers in that fight right after the fight started and simply destroy the good fight that was about to happen.
Even when i say that you have to capital blob to be able to kill a battleship, it doesn't mean that FDN does it 23/7, it means you are doing that often. I have been looking at your killboard, so i know something at least .
And like some others are saying in this topic, FDN have some really great PVPers, and that's true.

Honestly I don't know why FND bother going all the way into MH, its a lot of jumps for a lot of nothing. If you want big fleet style battles go pick a fight with an alliance, that's not how we do things out here. You're the kind of guys who'd bring pads and helmets to a fistfight.. and then you wonder why we don't show you any respect.

Ok but what do FDN do? Sorry i couldnt help myself.
Also at Lord: Yes you do have a few/some good pvpers..You yourself seem to be good (according to your kb....only thing is blobs are not my thing) Its the fact that 90% of your alliance are only skilled enough to fly carriers well and thats really their only tatic...they drop caps on everything that moves..."The actions of a few do not excuse the actions of many"

But then again, those who are crap at PVP / fitting and that, they are making FDN looks really crappy tbh. Like the last Tempest Fleet Issue loss you had, damn omg what a setup? JEEEEZ man. Even i fitted better setups on my ships when i was 6-8 months old in this game. Took me over 8 months after i started with NightmareX before i landed in a BS (Raven) for the first time. Simply because i did train up most of my Raven skills up to level 4, so i could use it good .
At least learn those peoples how to fit up a ship.
Alright, fair enough. To some extent I think that's a problem of all alliances, that sometimes the kitchen sink gets dropped and ruins a close fight. Tbh though, it's not easy if you're FCing to 'turn people away' in order to keep the fight close and if someone's new toy is a carrier and they've waited days to use it, it's tough to say no, if another carrier pilot is jumping. Sometimes we have done that though - I remember logging off Alazais and our other caps on Dreamworks' request when he wanted a straight fight, for a recent example.
The same is true with non-caps, that it's hard to turn someone away when a fight kicks off on a gate and they warp their BS in to help, unbalancing a close scrap. No one likes to lose their ship and more importantly, everyone wants to get involved.
You also have to keep in mind that with any alliance there are many gangs at many hours of the day with different criteria for what they'll hot-drop for and what they won't.
I've certainly had some nice straight slugfests with infod in the past (also with my alt Alazais) and I've enjoyed them immensely. And having been outnumbered for a very long time in GW, in the past it's always had the kamikaze-thrill for us to risk a carrier on a gate :)
Anyway, I get what you're saying, thanks for the reply. As for the Fleet Tempest, I don't know the specifics of which pilot or fitting so can't comment on that particular one. But in general, sure, sometimes a new players dies with a total head-in-hands fit
But some of them turn into decent pvpers in the end, and some of them get kicked. Hard. C'est la vie. (and some are just killed by Cazad for not posting their loss promptly enough).

This sounds well and good, and hey, maybe you're a cool guy that has this philosophy, but if you are it's not the norm for your alliance. Just look at the entities in this thread that share my opinion. I have only been fighting (randomly) with you guys for a few weeks, but there has not been a SINGLE engagement vs. FDN where your troops fought with less than a 3:1 advantage or without dropping MULTIPLE cap ships on our smallish gangs. This post for example, was sparked by the 40-50 pilots + 12 caps that you guys assembled to hit our 9 man gatecamp with. The hilarity ensues when even with hours to plan and form up huge fleets and hotdropping caps, you rarely if ever kill any of us. So until the rubber meets the road and I see your allied pilots doing something besides what I have seen I'll still be lollin myself to death when we fight you.
