Most of the true skills lie on the roles and decisions made in combat. Anyways this lot in no particular order:
Flatliner - EVOL

I wouldn't say I'm the best but I'm pretty good.
Very cautious, very psychological, and probably a lot better than people expect 
Best PVP'er I know has to be Abram [EVOL] - he's death in a Raven.

I have no doubts Abram is a great PvP'er, but that brings in the whole argument of "Why are there 2 or 3 dozen Abram corpses in existence?"
Once again bringing light to the fact that there is no best pvp'er or 100 best pvp'ers or 1000 best pvp'ers without a strict list of standards to be met.
EVE needs a CS-style 'arena' and you all damn well know it. A controlled fighting atmosphere with a nice DB for stats. There would still be the non-arena mmorpg (the current meaningless, stagnant) aspect as well. Then again as much as I'd enjoy a controlled arena, I'd despise there being a few hundred thousand more players.

Is it though, Mr Dear Iceblock? Who are we to automatically assume a guy is a bad pvp'er just because he dies like 50 times. Let's say for example Abram had a P/W implant, and was training some 25 day+ skill(Large Projectile, BS lvl V, ect). he can beging the training, get podkilled, and he'll stay training at that fast training speed *until* he switches skill training(Only retards do this I hear).
That makes him a pretty damn expendeable character really. Clones are cheap compared to the wonderful prizes one *may* come across while being able to put him self constantly into much more dangerous situations than people with implants would normally bother with.

He may have died 50 time's but really the question is did he get killed 50 times!!!
There are about 12 corpse's of me in eve but I have never been podded At least I don't remember been podded...maybe that was number 7

I don't have a single corpse out there...
...but I've never killed anyone either.
Gotta look at the whole ratio.
Seems like the EVE guys are pretty sharp... why don't we have a stats page for kills/deaths, etc.?

there is about 6 corpses of mine out there... but i got about 50 corpses from players i have killed...

There are too many good PvP-ers, maybe its better to ask which of them got the most respect 
but that again the would make a big list again cause everybody likes someone else more  Maybe someone wants to make a PvP Hall of fame and a PvP Hall of shame for all the exploiters out there

I am a noob, yet I have hung out in 0.0 alot and have seen some awe inspiring fights but I have yet to see a corp with more impressive players then FE or mOo. Lord Zap from what I have seen and heard from my corp mates wrote the book on psychotic PvP fighting but then again as far as I am concerned
you have to be pretty good and pretty ****in' nuts to warrent a 43 million dollar plus bounty. You could go back and forth all day arguing whos better, but you would really get no where so thus you just have to duke it out and see in a tournement.
