Considering how ugly the Minmatar ships usually are I consider the Hurricane & the Typhoon to be very sexy.
Race wise, the Amarr ships look very pleasing to the eye. |

Nyx, Thorax, Charon, Wyvern, Armageddon, Nighthawk (although they managed to screw that up in Trinity). The Ishtar is pretty neat too.

hmm, here are my faves:
Megathron, looks like an old submarine
Prophecy (and variants), just looks like a classic spaceship
Hyperion, again just has the look of a classic spaceship
Ferox, looks thuggish

Rattlesnake and Daredewil are my favourites. Hyperion also looks cool, and Thanatos has that millenium falcon style.

Uhh, that is a tough one!
Overall, I really like the Heretic. It's so slick and with the black finish, so elegant! I think I have a thing for those black ships, the Khanid ones and my Nighthawk. For the more aggressive look, I'd go for the Megathron, to me it just has the words "I'll shred you!" written all over it.
There's also some faction/npc ships that I really find quite cool. The trinity version Elite Drone Parasite (Dominix hull + creepy tentacles!) and the the new dark/blueish Armageddon.
But yeah, The Heretic does it for me!

I checked all my ships under trinity graphics.
The ONLY ship that made me go OMG was the sabre. HO LE FORK that is a gorgeous ship.

My favorites are the Vexor and Ishtar. They kinda look like they were influenced by H.R. Giger, like a lot of Gallente ships, but those two ships in specific give me the impression that I'm flying around in an alien's decapitated head. Yay
