So this type of thread has surely been done before but hell, my brains latest RL/EVE mixup needs to be shared
So last Saturday i'm sitting down to a whole nights session of EVE I'm skint can't go out, but I'm kinda enjoying the fact as for once in a long time I get a whole night of eve without interuption. Come 11 o clock and my best mate phones and says I have to come out and he'll even pay me into the club and for whatever drinks I need but I HAVE to come out.
Convinced I get ready and go out, the night goes on I get fraggled(Drunk) and as might happen when cheap/free alcohol missed dinner and minging girls in a club are combined you end up going home with one that you wouldn't normally touch with a bargepole.
Anyywaays the deed is done i fall asleep spooning her and all is well, then I wake up still kinda drunkish still spooning her and as my morning glory is resting between her cheeks I start getting a bit worked up again, so rubbing back and forth I suddenly find myself wondering if she is A** or Pu**y tanked . Realising the combination that my brain has just made i recoil in horror and realise in one instant that i think WAY too much about EVE  .
Has Anyone else entered this kind of depravity of EVE adiction yet ?
PS I'm pretty tipsy right now, which yes is a exscuse for this post

Aaaand coming in #1 on the list of "Things I never, ever wanted to find on the EVE forums" is....
Anyway, I use the term 'tanking' a lot more liberally than I did before I took up EVE.
Example: I should be studying for my materials exam but it's procrastination-tanking me.

city in the world with the easiest girls I get laid way too often just so happens it's also way too often with girls that I majorly regret waking up next too in the morning
Turned out she was kick me out of the door without brekky or goodbye kiss kinda tanked lol, she did demand my number though and texted within a few hours which was a bit weird all in all
Glasgow being the unhealtiest city in europe and general inbreeding etc, also the city with the highest STD rate in europe  Getting it often is by no means a brag btw

AHAHAHAHA! That's brilliant! 
I've had a similar experience. My wife and I went out and partied with a few friends of ours, getting fairly drunk in the process. We went home at some point, still not entirely sober, and started fooling around. This was about four in the morning and I was really extremely tired, and I found myself thinking "crap, I hope I have enough cap for this."

Well, I'll still be in my law enforcement job till June (also my last month in the USMC, they threw me into the reserves... not too happy about not being able to re-up)... but on more than one occasion I've reached over to try and activate my webber

Aye Tarminic I have a scary feeling I have already made the cap combination, Sadly I have also found that alchohol is much like being neuted and Cap regen doesn't speed up at 30% in RL either

its strange but ive had much the same thing happen to me
deed is over its like 4 am and i started wondering about round 4 maybe right
im still stoned as **** from some great jamaican and i find myself thinking hell no its prolly got sentries, or at the least its gate camped , after realizing what id just thought i smoked another and went back to bed, then took a 4 month eve break, i can now make NO associations between ***** and eve :)

I get way to sucked into Eve. Even when playing by myself I act all tacticle and talk, outloud, to myself. "Activating warp drive, approaching location. Boggies on radar, locking. Drones out, engaging". It confuses people who walk in on me.
I have had day dreams of landing my Myrmidon on a planet called WoW and doing mean things to the magical citizens there though.

On topic: Odd things that';ve happened...
1- The gf (who also plays eve (I'm a lucky barstid)) has some huge guy eyeing her at the bar, and I blurt "I can tank him..."
2- While playing eve, she yells from the other office "There's someone here!" to which I replied "Want me to call N-One and nuke him?!" It was the UPS guy in the drive... (N-One being my wingman)
3- I was woken up with a rather sharp poke in the ribs, followed by her kicking me in the shins. Apparently I'd been thrashing around in the bed muttering "Deactivate and disengage, he's got friends incoming" which turned into almost yelling "JESUS THEY GOT THE GATES BLOCKED, WE'RE NOT MAKIN IT OUT!" No f;n idea how that came about, I'm generally the coolest one in my little gang about losing ships.
She says I should quit eve, but then she'd have noone to make fun of..... remind me to pod her later.

OMG. That may be the funniest thing I've heard in here. Though, to be honest, I'm sure its not anything to laugh about.
To the OP, while I've never been in that spot, I have embarrassed myself before. On one occasion I signed my character name on something for work. My boss came to me asking who the hell Morn Judith was.
I only know a few people in real life that play EVE, everyone else is into WoW. One of my friends that is in EVE, I called him by his game name in front of a ton of people at a bar.
And with the same guy, him and I were arguing with a couple of WoW losers about which was better. It was just the four of us, and after about thirty minutes it was getting pretty heated and we were all yelling. Then we realized that a few hot chicks were sitting at a table near us, staring at us obviously trying to figure out what we were saying. We all went home alone to ourselves that night.

- when passing cap patrol thought is: OMG Gate camp, slow (stay cloaked) down,
- when my wife demands to go shopping, thought is: Agrooed and scrambled,
- good RL friend started to call me Krxon or Blade,
- when driving bike downhill: MWD active, wheeeeeee...
