CDRE is now selling shares to the entire EVE population at a price of 7000 ISK per share. A total of 10,000,000 shares have been created in this phase. Corporation Model:
[CDRE]CyberDyne R-E, is founded by [CDRD]CyberDyne R-D , the top Capital Ship Production Corporation in Eve existence today, producing over 24 Capital ships a week. CDRE is the Mega Capital Ships "BPO" holding corporation and it will be in charge of Holding, Researching, and Copying its Acquired BPO's. Individual Investors looking to buy shares, please follow these steps:

Corporations looking to buy shares please follow these steps:

Some questions:
- Just to confirm, you say you will be making a 14.33% dividend every 2 months, yet you also say that the share price will be 10k after 6 months, ie the Net Asset Value (NAV) of CDRE will also increase by 43%. Will you be dividending *and* increasing your NAV or will you only be doing one of these?
- Will CDRE only run for only 6 months or will this be a continuing venture?
- How is CDRD's business going? You say you make 24 capitals per week, but how many do you actually sell in a week? Especially in the light of the carrier nerf the capital market is largely viewed as a bit of a graveyard in terms of investments.
- Supercap BPOs have longer copying times than manufacturing times. Since you're capable of doing so, why aren't you doing end-to-end capital manufacture instead of selling the copies?
I'll reserve 37,500 shares pending satisfactory answers to these questions.
Also for the record, CDRE would be considered a medium/high risk investment. While you are a well known supercap producer and a 3rd party supercap salesman, you don't have a reputation as an IPO fund manager, therefore stating this is a low risk investment is false.

1. The shares work like BONDS, they have a inital buy vaule of 7,000 isk and in 6 months time mature to 10,000 isk. This increase is a total increase of 43% which is paid out over 3 payments bi-monthly at 14% of the total matured value. (14.3 x 3 = 43)
2. Yes, this is a set IPO with a end date of 6 months post shares sold.
3. Business is always going. We constantaly build our Low-end capitals (Carriers, Freighters T1-T2, Dreads, Rorquals) becuase there is a demand on the market. Our Super Caps are still selling as well (not as good as the good old time of 40b per MOM) and still making acceptable profit. Titans Productions are made to order because the of the vast resousces / time required.
4. Yes, BPC's take way longer to copy then to build. We work out careful plans on which BPC is in copy and which are in Build to meet the market demands as best we can.
5. CDRE has sucessfuly managed and exact replica of this IPO before to aquire 2 of its 4 Mothership BPO's. All went even better then expected for that IPO (due to 40b isk per MOM sales) when it was acitve. The IPO was closed and all share holders recieved there payouts in less time then stated. I am taking into consideration that 70b is alot more then 35b but we also have grown to more then 20x our net worth durring that the past 2 years.

Thanks for the clarification. I'm still a bit unsure of the payback procedure as a whole. Let's take an example:
Mr. X invests 7000000 (7 mil isk) and acquires 1000 shares.
Mr. X receives three 14% dividents bi-monthly (approx. 980000 isk per divident)
After three months Mr. X and his momma have 2940000 isk as dividents, which is the promised growth amount of the IPO.
When does Mr. X get his original 7 mil isk back and how is share buyback organised?

Yes and No... let me explain further:
You invest 7,000,000 isk for 1000 shares. At the end of 6 months term your will in total be paid back 10,000,000 is for 1000 shares. That is a 43% increase in vaule split over 3 payments at 14.3% INTEREST for each payment. For each payment you will receive you will get 1/3 of your inital investment + the 14.3% interest incurred. Look below for a example payment chart:
Inital Investment = 7,000,000 isk
1st Payment = 2.3m isk + 1.04m = 3.34m isk
2nd Payment = 2.3m isk + 1.04m = 3.34m isk
3rd Payment (*final) = 2.3m isk + 1.04m = 3.34m isk
Total Payments = 10.02m isk
*final - Requires the investor to TRADE BACK the shares to CDRE to receive his payment.
Investor receives his inital investments back after the first 2 payments and will received his profits once shares are traded back to CDRE corporation for his 3rd and final payment.

as a follow up question to Jhebbal Khan, i understand the system works as following example:
1) I buy 1k Shares @ 7k per share, which is a 7,000,000.00 ISK investment.
2) over the course of 6 month i will get 10,010,000.00 ISK back via dividents.
2)a) Dividend 1 after 2 month - 3,336,666.66 ISK.
2)b) Divident 2 after 4 month - 3,336,666.66 ISK.
2)c) Divident 3 after 4 month - 3,336,666.66 ISK.
3) i got a total of 10,010,000.00 ISK Back , with 100% of my initial investment + a 43% Bonus.
If I understood this correct, i'd like to reserve 350,000 shares until 12 hours after confirmation.
