Yes. That was a Test and the Mark of the begining of the 6-month term. You next payment will be recieved in 60 days from then. If you have more questions please ask.

Yes, The fund are beeing consolidated and being prepared for distribution. The isk should post to everyone accounts in the no later then the 22nd of April 2008.

Hello shareholders,
First I would like to appolisgise for the late payment. Second I have sadness in my heart to inform evreyone that the payout is only going to be 28,000,000,000 (28 Billion) isk instead of what was promised for the 1st payment.
We here at CyberDyne R-D are doing everything in our power to meet the checkpoints that have been set, without compromising the final goal. The 5,000,000,000 (5 Billion) isk difference will be made up on the 2nd payment about the middle of June 2008.
Again I would like to appologise for CyberDyne R-D's unprofessionalism for not meeting its goal or its dealine set forth.
The 28,000,000,000 payment has been made as of this post!

Can Loney please confirm:
A. The second payout is going to be delivered on time on 17-Jun-08 (120 days after the start of the investment period)
B. The payout will be 38,666,666,666 ISK (38.66Bn) which is made up of the expected 33,333,333,333 and the missing 5,333,333,333 ISK from the first payment.

It's likely they are having problems selling their titans which is where all their capital is tied up. See the thread Jeremiaz posted 2 up from here, that titan didn't sell.
As if by magic Chribba is now handling the sale of 2 titans in this new thread: Linkage
It would be interesting for Chribba to publicly comment if the titans he is selling are those of Loney's corp. If it is Chribba is fencing stolen goods - the titans were paid for by the shareholders.
All this is supposition and could well be entirely wrong, however the longer we are kept in the dark the more we must wonder about CyberDyne's reputation.

Sorry to keep everyone in the dark about what has been happening.
I would like to state that ALL assets and suggusted PROFITS are still in possesion of CyberDyne R-D Corporation. They are NOT in danger and payments will be made as soon as possible.
Just as a refresher to Investors, there are ONLY 2 members of CDRD (Myself and Wallstarb) that handle all the business in the corporation. I hope Wallstarb's replies to anyone have not started a panic, but to clairify the situtation he handles all NON-supercap sales.
I have had RL issues durring the month of June and now for July I am back in the game. The Production of the Titans has gone without any problems so far but my RL issues have cause a decent set-back in investor payouts.
As you all have noticed the 2nd titan is up for sale and with the profits of this we will be making the payment that is on track accourding to the plan. However I can not say when exactally the payment will be but I hope to finish this out by then end of July 2008.

SUBJECT: Vote on the Corporations Future
The Past
It is with great remorse that I have to announce the following. After 5 months of operation in the Titan IPO, and nearing the 6 month suggested term end date, CDRD has ran them numbers on its operations and has found itself between a rock and a hard place.
The initial IPO called for 3 equal payments of 33.3b ISK over a 6 month term. This we have found is not possible due to some wrong calculations in our original numbers.
Our original numbers were based on 2 important things:
1.The sale of Mother-ships at 22b ISK each and not the current rate of 16b ISK.
2.The sale of Titans at 90-100b ISK and not the current rate of 65-75b ISK.
The Present
Due to the change in market prices far quicker then we expected CDRD will have to adjust its plan and adapt to meet the needs of itself and its investors.
Currently, CDRD has paid out the 1st payment at 28b ISK (5.3b short of its suggested goal) to its investors and is about 30days overdue for its 2nd payment to the investors. The 2nd payment was planed to be the suggested 33.3b plus the shortage from the 1st payment 5.3b to equal a new total of 38.6b ISK for the 2nd payment. I want to assure all investorÆs that we are working hard to get everyone their ISK back and PROFIT from it as well.
The Future
Currently, CDRD has paid out to the investors a subtotal of 28b ISK. It now plans on giving the investors 3 options on how to move and choose the corporations future.
Options to Vote on:
1.Get 50b ISK now - This plan will allow us to close out the IPO 1 month ahead of the suggested term with a 11.3% profit. Investors would sell CDRD back their shares to receive their final payment!
2.Get 38.6b ISK now - This plan is similar to the original plan but has a major difference. This plan will keep investors on the promised payout, but will put the corporation in financial hardship and could cause all further movement forward to Stop. With this choice, CDRD may not able to guarantee a final payment would ever be made!
3.Get 17b ISK now - This plan would give investors yet another small payment below its suggested payment. With this payout the total paid to investors would only be 45b ISK, a number well below the break even point. This option would allow CDRD to reinvest some of the profits into continuing production. I must stress the importance of this option due to the lowered numbers from our initial calculations. We would not be able to stick to our original 60 day payout plan. We would only be able to guarantee a payment before the end of December of 2008!

Uhm, before I vote, I'd like to have the options clarified a bit ...
- Original IPO value was 70b.
- Promised profit was 43% over three months, ~14% monthly.
- First payout was 28b.
If I get this correctly, the 3 options imply the following:
Option 1: We get another 50b now, adding up to 78b. IPO will then be closed and we get 8b or 11.4% in profits (2.28% monthly if you take march->july into account).
Option 2: We get 38.6b (the 2nd payment plus the missing ISK from the first one), with no guaranteed final payment. At this point we would be at a loss of around 4.9% and would have to hope for a final payment that might never happen.
Option 3: We get 17b now (how do you make up that number btw, is that your current profit at this stage?), adding up to 45b, or an even higher loss of 36.7%. You then promise a final dividend payment until end of 2008. This means - if you are able pay out the full remaining 55b until that date - we'll get a monthly dividend of 4.77% (43% over nine months). Again, that might not happen at all.
So we have one option that lets us get out 'now' with a small profit (but at least no loss), and we can put that ISK elsewhere. On the other side we have two options that will put us at a loss and tie up our ISK for longer than originally planned, but with the slight hope for another dividend in the future. I have two questions:
1.) Did I understand these options correctly? Are any of my numbers wrong?
2.) In regard to this:

What makes you think that the prices for motherships/titans will 'recover' and allow you to pay the full promised dividends at a later date?
At the moment I'm thinking something like "I'd be lucky to get out of this without a loss", so I'm very tempted to vote for option 1. However, I don't want to rush that decision, so I'd like to have these two questions answered before I vote.

I agree, right now I'm just relieved that I can get out of this with my cash and a tiny profit.
I don't see how leaving a chunk of the invested cash in CyberDyne for yet more of this low-profit business is a good idea.
If you were going to be doing somthing else with the cash to generate the profits then maybe I'd consider it but more of the same? No thanks. Think I'll count my blessings and walk away.
One point I would like clarified:
If I vote option 1 and most people vote option 2 or 3 then is there a possibility of CyberDyne buying back my shares anyway?
