I've never done a lvl5, but i'm fairley sure a passive shield tanked ship will die quite swiftley once its cap is neuted dry and its hardeners go offline, its not just a question of race, ship, or fitting, its...

I think you lack smarts. A passive tanked ship uses 0 cap and can recharge as much as gist-x xl booster quite easaly. Even more recharge if you go more expensive than t2 passive tanked drake.
If it is teamwork - I am asking the bloody question - What amarr ships for lvl5's should a pro-amarr gang use now that respawning neut towers change targets at will?
Mmmmm... is that a 32 cap useage per cycle i see there?

Shockingly, yes I do, would you like to share this passively hardened (LOL) drake setup that will tank a level 5 mission? Cos I’d really like to see it.

You dont know much about lvl5's, now do you? Have you ever done a post patch lvl5? Pleae tell us with your "smarts" what Amarr gang of ships should use in lvl5?
As I said, I’ve never done a level 5, what i have done however is an untold number of 0.0 exploration sites and DED plexs, many of which have respawning neuts, citadel torps and other nastyies, there are plenty of out-of-the-box ways of completing them with just 2 people + 1 alt, usually involving remote repping, passive speed tanking AFs, and probaley lots of warp outs, but for those neut batteries that switch up targets the easyest way is just bring a 4 or more of any races battleships, cap boosters, remote reps and rep drones, and remote energy transfers, its hardly rocket science.
