Lots have happened since EVE portal has closed. Saying that Red Alliance can't put the assets and the strenght to defeat BoB is wrong. It's in their advantage that everybody thinks they are dumb. BoB are playing a frontline war with the odds of numbers, it's a dangerous game to play and that is probly why they lost so many Regions. Coalition (south) pulled some REALLY impressive maneuvers i would say, I can state some: - S****dly's Defeat in Curse as goons wer still just RA/TCF support fleets. - The first LV Doomsday trap that killed about 280 goons, LV lost the system anyways. - The Fall of Veritas Immortalis - The Fall of ISS - The fall of LV - The surprise capital attack on BoB's Titan factory (Major losses but still a successful operation) - The siege of 9-9/77s8 - The Invasion of feythabolis leading to a complete victory in the south and 2 Titans blowing up (wich has never been achieved if im not mistaken.) - The siege of FAT Even before the Goonswarm phenomenon Remember RA, beaten up from 3 fronts fighting ERA, The Five, Chimp, LV, -V-, Ghost and god knows how many more alliances. Remember RA, Stranded in this Single Constellation in Cache, living in forcefields for weeks. Remember them Annihilating almost the whole of ERA's Capital fleet in 7 minutes and a half. I think Red Alliance Leadership knows exactly how it is to be in BoB's shoes. It would be dumb to do the same mistake as their forgotten ennemy did, Taste of your own medicine I would call it. .... Since then only the odds have turned in the coalitions favor. I was there for the first attacks on Feythabolis and i would say that it was a major failure for the coalition. When BoB invaded 9-9 everybody really thought they would eat Ragoon alive you could feel it in the air. Orange species would refuel his Levy in curse 8 jumps from TCF's Capital system. I'm a BoB fan as well but you have to be realistic and stop the flames... The coalition are the ones who have totally beaten the Odds and Band of brothers is feeling the consequences of it now (not that they don't enjoy it) If Delve ever falls, the list of possibilities are numerous and I'm pretty sure Disbanding is not even on Sir Molle's list. Delve could become the new hell of guerilla Warfare, who knows... BoB could probly take and hold any Region they choose, they still have Friends you know... Spies and Maul's. If i was a northern coalition pilot, i'd feel much safer with BoB winning the war against goon, at least it keeps them occupied and they wont think about invading our weakly defended regions. Many powerful alliances are still afraid of BoB even if they are being bashed hard... a tip from a fan to another; don't love BoB pilots, they don't wan't you to love them. TBH given the stupendous numerical advantage that the Coalition has at the moment it would be ludicrous to think that you can't dislodge them from Delve. I don't think it's possible to have more assets at your disposal than the Coalition have within the current constraints of the game.
