Hi, Just wondering if anyone has a good idea of what would be considered 'good' skills in relation to jumprange for a Phoenix.
- When i say good i don't mean uber, just acceptable for the role. - What skills specific to train, and what lvl's
Thanks!

This is the place for questions and he is asking them before he is in space. Seems pretty reasonable to me.

i can't be arsed to look for it, but there's a webpage out there that will take your skills into account and measure your jump distances. i don't know the name of such webpage, but i know it's out there. _________ [08:47:49] Kumas DeSauj > at the tone, kumas has performed another stupid maneuver. i won't be like a bird and barf the answer in your mouth so i'll give you a hint...
market > skills > navigation
now SEARCH and READ.
almost any info about eve's mods/items/ships can be found on the market.
its realy not that hard to look for it yourself instead of acting like a lazy git and having people to chew up an answer and spit it out in your face.

Wraith, it is with most other skills: train to level 4 unless it is a prerequisite for something higher up the chain (or is a fitting/cap skill). I generally live by this rule :D
Aim for: Jump Fuel Conservation 4 (cuts 10%/lvl fuel usage) Jump Drive Calibration 4 (adds 25%/lvl jump range)

ffs i hate nubs. Jump planner....Check out the jump planner tool. What are the skills that affect it? level 5 takes several months for each skill. Not overly useful eh? So 4? Takes 1.5 months to get both to level 4.
Common sense is the prominent skill here. That however, isnt on market. Shame really..

Never seen so many self centered elitist know-it-alls in one thread.
Thing is, they only pretend to know and don't actually fly or are near capitals.

look, the reason we are somewhat hostile is by the time you have the skills to fly a dread you should be in eve pvping for a year. You should be reading dev blogs and such, ignorance equals a dead dread with poor fittings that all of C&P laugh when you get killed.
"one does not simply undock a dread" you need a plan, a cyno, a fleet that knows what they are doing. -------------

Dont forget Tactical Weapons Configuration. This skill is critacal to have at Lvl4. Stront eats up space in your cargohold. Your going to need 4-6 cycles with you. (Recommend you also have GSC with more stront and some extra fuel)

I know nothing about jump ships and jump ranges, but "train for level 4" is very, very good general advice.
