They're called smartbombs and neutralizers. And as always a ship like shouldn't go without support.
I kind-of like the idea of giving the Titan a super-siege mode in which it equals the DPS of say, 10 dreads but can only be used against starbases (it would be a little too easy to gank moms and other titans otherwise). It would shorten POS-warfare, make Titans more of an offensive weapon and put them on the front much more often.

Didnt ccp say they were thinking about giving the titan some weapon other than a DDD.. something anti capital..
tbh if a titan could fit a siege module without having the drawbacks then it'd be ok'ish
with drawbacks, complete liability
