CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that.

Make low-sec more tempting, and more people will go there. How they go about doing that, is up to them. But as long as they're charging us $14.95 a month to play - I will play the way I want. There are too many other good gaming alternatives out there if this game becomes something I don't enjoy. Just my opinion.
