These Tournments have abousely nothing to do at all with any form of real combat that happens in eve. Give the constenests a team of 20 persons and 1 system to operate in and a time limit of 30 minutes.

The first fight with dual logistics was interesting but the following ones got more and more boring. Dual logistics setups are not Overpowered but if the team using it has just a bit of luck and skill it just takes way to much time to break them. And if both teams field dual logistic setups it gets even worse.
