They've clearly read the feedback we have given and fixed and altered the game based on that feedback. Then the person who wrote the notes had a sense of humor, which I think is a positive thing to do even when I'm personally not in the mood to enjoy it.

First. There are always unforseeable bugs that only show up under very specific circumstances, and are therefore easy to miss. Second EVE is old, and many teams are working on it at the same time, so some little thing that somebody on one team did can affect something that someone on another team did years ago, in addition, as programmers all have there own style, if somebody made something ages ago, then left, it is very hard for a new programmer to come in and suddenly know exactly how everything works, so getting it perfect first time is difficult. Thirdly, and I can't stress this enough, Devs are people too, and people make mistakes, a simple thing such as : instead of ; or X instead of x can break everything. Finally, Be grateful for the bad jokes in the patch notes (which I also like), like hell you could understand them if the devs wrote exactly what they were fixing, which would mean nobody would read them, which would mean everyone would whine about issues that got fixed weeks earlier. Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Either way, you should not use them if you're trying to argue a point.
