I am a member of Reikoku but I do not speak for them.
My actions tonight were not actions of RKK but actions of my own. I am am not sorry for what I done as I am sure that PA`s actions were actions of piracy. They deployed a mobile warp disruptor in space they do not claim. As PA has claimed that they do not honour NAPs outside of PA space.
As this disruptor was outside of PA space I decided that it was an act of piracy and destroyed it. I did not destroy any PA ships, (I had a lot to choose from) as I thought this was wrong.
But it seems PA are very upset at my actions. Well PA you can bite me as I will destroy any mobile warp disruptors I see in none PA space untill you revoke your policy of "if it`s not in PA we don't care" attitude. As far as I care you are worse than F-E (who I hold the uptmost honour for). Untill you change your attitude you will be KOS to me. I know this attitude by me will upset my CEO but frankly I don't care as I hold honour to my heart.
So PA; either change your attitude or die at my hands.

I have been an innocent bystander in the recent events. I've been hunting a lot in EC-P8R in my Apocalypse, and from what I've heard, PA is really being a *****.

Speaking on behalf of Reikoku, This matter will be handled internally we respect our NAP's as we ask that you do as well. No further comment from Reikoku concerning this matter will be posted here, This will be handled in game where it belongs.

What¦s this "those were my actions not my corps" and "I speak for myself not my corp". Like it or not your actions and voice affects the corp and in the end the corp is responsible to keep it¦s members in check.
I can hardly go on attacking everybody and pirating and expect the reputation for EVE University to stay crispy clean do I?

Bosie Did you see the 21st guys kill any non pirates. Or did they just have the disruptor setup trying to catch some pirates.
Because i know when we did it all the locals there were happy to see us helping to protect them.

I will advocate Action should PA not sort this out and have Cyberdine retract their war. They are losing anyway, but we want a clear NAP or war, not half and half.

Lallante, this is what i think happened from the section XIII and CDI war. CDI were attacked by a member of Section XIII when they were mining and this cost them a ship or 2 so they declared war. CDI then activly hunting Section XIII all over EVE. This war had now ended...
So Lallante before you start accusing the PA of Piracy may be you should take a quick look at the member corps of the CA conduct themselfs around empire space before mouthing off on the forums.

I've never been a pirate, and i don't care who are you calling pirates, touch my warp disruptor or anyone of TWB and you will be kos, not RKK that i respect, just you mr "i am not sorry".

At this time, both of these issues have been resolved as unfortunate misunderstandings.
On a personal note, I would like to make a few observations:
Kudos to Cyberdyne and section XIII for being able to wage war that they knew was for personal differences WITHOUT dragging their respective alliances into it. No forum slag fests, no forum bragging and no requests for alliance help (no CDI request to the PA council. Not sure about section XIII). They fought a war that they knew was only between them. Period.
The Phoenix Alliance relies heavily on Pure Blind for travel between Empire space and Venal. If at any time you see PA military operations in Pure Blind, IT IS AN ANTI-PIRATE OPERATION. The PA values our friends in RKK and appreciates thier efforts in Pure Blind as comrades in arms against piracy.

Now i see where is the misunderstanding now.
I think this has mostly to do with the language barrier as english is not well spoken within S13. For that, we are the one who should apologize for any misunderstanding
At one point or another BOTH CDI and SXIII have asked the other side financial compensation for their loss prior to an ending of the war. It has never been said, on either side, that failure to pay, would open a path to a CA/PA war.
Such has never been the purpose of this war, fought for purely corp Vs corp reasons.
Anyone willing more input about this has but to contact either Archange(SXIII), Erys(SXIII) or The Clash (CDI) (havent asked him but he has always been an honourable foe and i guess he wont mind giving out few explanations about the CDI pov.).

An end to the war has been found. The war started due to an attack from SXIII on a CDI Battleship. The war is now ending. Due to a recent increase in new eve player recruitment from Section XIII, we (SXIII) have asked for an end of the hostilities so that we would have time to train our newbies and make them at home in Eve. CDI has graciously agreed to this. From now on the war is over.
Now to the piracy subject. Some CDI players have been seen deep within Curse space. There was no piracy but only an eagerness from new eve players to take part on the war. That eagerness took them within CA space with no ill intentions but to wage war on SXIII and SXIII only. That move wasnÆt intended as an aggressive stance from PA toward CA.
We hope that straighten things out. This statement has been reviewed both by XIII directors Archange and Erys and CDI negociator The Clash. It is binding to both corporations.

PA honors all NAP's.
PA has had only ONE NAP for a long long time, that NAP has been respected by both sides.
TWO more NAPS have been signed this past weekend (4/11 and 4/12) and are being respected.
Can you please point me towards a NAP that has not been respected by PA?

I am not replying to any Curse Alliance member, but to Bosie, Reikoku pilot.
I haven't seen any CA member accuse PA of breaking NAP's.

Don't be silly Machiavelli. RKK and JF took steps against your corporation after one of your members boasted that he was working for the Jokers in Pureblind/Fade. We had a very long discussion about this at the time and I think its disingenuous and indeed deceitful for you to weigh in on this discussion with such a spurious slur given your own corpmate's less than sterling reputation in this instance.
I think you should apologise.

Keeping to the initial thread, this has been resolved fully between Bosie and the PA I believe.
Note to bosie: Next time you want to get blind drunk, go attack our enemies not our allies.
And definitely don't post about it in the bloody forums! 
Otherwise, this thread may as well be locked, unless any of the PA involved have any further problems. In which please give RKK CEO Galavet or RKK Diplomatic Relations Lion El'Johnson an evemail.
