So I hear multiple parties are duking it out in SS-GED...?
I tried to jump in, but alas, now I'm crashed and cannot log back in to the game... CCP ignored my stuck petitions, so the only place left for me to fight is on the forums!
What's going on? I hear it's Tri, Ev0ke, Phalanx, RAWR, and IRON...? Who's fighting whom?
And did I die when I jumped in?

Well, it started off with PA/Scorched Earth vs IRON, then 3 TRI corps got involved, we had a titan in place to DD the 160 man IRON fleet travelling from the drone regions but he crashed on the gate with scouts in system which was epic.
Needless to say IRON weren't so happy about jumping in so enlisted the help of ev0ke who jumpbridged the IRON gang + 40 ev0ke around the TRI gang.
We then went to engage a 70 man MM gang who wanted us to jump to then, we thought screw that and it was a pretty fail night for us.
However now I'm hearing reports that IRON/Ev0ke's overwhelming numbers and massive lag are giving them the upperhand with PA losing carriers. --------------------------------------

it was quite simple.
PA put a iron pos in reinforce.
IRON had 150 in gang
PA + SE had 140 in fleet.
IRON NAPED evoke and jumped with the evoke titan in AJCJ behind the bubles and from 150 iron in fleet add 50 youwhat and evoke also bs`s and etc.
we got blobed bs wise and we lost 4 carriers in this engagement.
isk wise we will see how we stand , but the screen didnt. we gonna lose more because of spies and what not.
that pos will go down its a promise.

TRI was nearby but due to MM beeing around they where around there to shoot MM not to aid us with teh bs blob, we knew they where coming alot, but that was ALOT more then i expected, it was a very laggy fight most of the carriers that died , reloged cause they didnt see nothing for half a hour or more like that.
Thanks to our Scorched Earth friends who didnt backed up on us and stayed and fight bravely tho we just knew eachother they where there for us.
As usual we got outnumbered. and we lost caps.
But we`ll see you soon.

may I correct you here and there.
We got contaced by IRON about their pos in SS- so i thought PA and IRON can slug it out easy with not too much involed. Then i got the info that tri is around with their Titan close. So the initial plan was to bridge Iron to AJ so they dont need to get out of the large bubbles, which went well. So evoke moved out to engage the TRI Gang in 4rx - which disppeard (where did you go) so we jumped in to ss- got out of the bubbles. and warped in long range on their support with their bs gang out of Range. We tried to get a hold of the situation while IRON jumped in.
pew pew happens
Motherships escaped 4 carriers down.

My bad, didn't realise the AJ gate wasn't bubbled, so just assumed
Also we went to engage the MM gang because I also assumed that you would jump bridge into SS-Ged itself along with IRON. We had like 17 Remote Rep BS in gang so wasn't much we could do anywhere. --------------------------------------

yeah I was more in the mood to go and we have a go at it while PA and Iron slug it out
yeah aj gate wasnt bubbled and no scout in aj so when we would have been a bit faster iron could have gotten in without 182517 zillion drones at the gate and get in better position.
bottom line 20 vs 20 is more fun then 200 vs 200.

With about 150 IRON, and were shaping up to engage the 150 man combination of PA, scorched earth and tri (bear in mind that last time we did this tri jumped 63 capitals on us), when lo and behold we spot that Tri have secreted their ragnorok in our path. Naturally hesitant to jump into a doomsday with a predominantly bs (non dd tanked) heavy force we looked for a way around, we found it in tom mccash.
As Gyro said, evoke were only involved once we spotted elliot, we had intended to go toe to toe with your group until tri's titan made its presence known, naturally, it slightly shifted the balance of play in your favour. (incidentally there was no youwhat afiak and if there were we would have shot them IRON arent blue to youwhat)
We jumped around tri's titan blockade and and jumped into ss-ged from the rear. Without the tri gang, we admittedly had the numbers advantage , but we jumped into a very heavy gate camp with at least 11 carriers 60+ bs and a nyx on it, and we paid for that. The lag was terrible, many of us never loaded (myself included) and we suffered very heavy bs losses on the jump in.
Eventually we managed to claw it back slightly, as the gate began to clear of hostile bs there was a cluster of 11 carrier and the nyx spider tanking. They tanked very well for quite some time but eventually began to break. Unfortionatly we couldn't hold the nyx or the majority of the carriers, and only ended up killing 4.
The night ended with us saving the pos, taking down 4 carriers & holding the field, but at a high cost in terms of battle ship losses. I would like to believe that we'd have made a slightly cleaner go of it had the lag been better but who can say for sure.

Well actually tri did not say "screw that" and bravely jumped in to our fleet on the other side as it might appear from this statement. Both of our fleets were on its sides of the gates. We then pulled out to another gates in tricking maneuver hoping that you will jump to system and fight. It showed as true and we immediately warped back to the gates just as tri fleet was jumping in to the system. Surprisingly tri fleet MWD-ed back to the gates and jumped avoiding the fight. We caught some of them in process while they were trying to MWD back including rattlesnake but we did not fallow as Tri titan was reported in the area.
