in total Felysta the fight was awsome, and we stayed and fight when other people woulda chikend out and fight, either if we lost or not, for us it is a victory as the pos is dead.

Scorched earth, and Tri, fun fighting alongside you as usual and GF to Iron/Ev0ke/MM (saw a few Stella Polla there as well)

God I wish this game could be played with playable levels of lag, just imagine the fights and epicness :(
I just wish they would strip out 95% of the graphics and let us play it ugly but fast.

to be honest, its not going to happen. they chose a language to build the game on, and well, its not the best for this sort of thing. half the problem is the sheer amount of data that needs to be sent both ways, to every single person in the fight. its just an nightmare.
that said, the graphics engine seems quite unoptimised. im not sure what would fix it other than a complete rewrite.
as for phoenix allianz, dont give them ****. when insrg was fighting them, we had epic battles and respect was given all around. and tbh, if phoenix allianz is still giving the pointy stick to people after what we did to them, then my hat is off to them.

Was a fun night, had my alt watching the MM fleet, intel of Tri knocking about but not actively working with us and Ev0ke, Iron and a few stragglers in all neighbouring systems. As somebody else said in this thread, there was that much intel going around it would make your head spin 
We held the 4RX Gate until we learnt of Iron's movement in AJC(?) of which we didn't have a bubble on the gate, on learning this we moved and setup the fleet on that gate. After nearly 30minutes, or more... of waiting Ev0ke jumped into the system, followed closely by IRON, the result, was 4 ships loading on my screen. The first and one of the only BS I think I saw on my overview was Rawstyle (yup, you died as one of the first bud). For a period of 20minutes, I saw no other enemy on my overview and eventually started taking shield damage and initiated my warp, just as I was leaking armour I managed to warp away.
Calls were going out on Comms about targets coming up on the overview, but such is the nature of desyncs, few people seem to see the same targets at the same time so co-ordinating attacks is very hard.
Local in SS before the jump in was around 160, 140 in fleet. Local after Ev0ke spiked to around 200 and after IRON jumped in, it peaked approximately around 330. By the time I finally logged at some random moon about 40minutes into the fight (due to unable to do -ANYTHING-) local was down to around 270 and gang was less than 100.
Killboard stats? In a fight like this, who gives a toss, seriously. Its just a game of chance when your desynced, with superior numbers then you have the statistical advantage of loading more of our guys, than we have of loading yours. But, lets not get bogged down in all that crap, what matters to us is, we had a succesful op with our new found friends, we had (under the circumstances) plenty of fun, we lost one carrier but its already been replaced as far as im aware.

its the 2000 era network code archtecture.
eve grew like 500% in 2006, if you check growth charts for subcriptions, it was the single biggest year of growth, the aging network engine cannot keep up... i know ive it mentioned one is being worked on, but i'd to hear some confirmation...
so maybe the corps and alliances can hold on for the bright spark.

In general we dont care about KB stats, we held the field this matter little to evoke as we only lost some minor ships, we more care about the fight and this one was just one of those "epic" fights where statistic looks good and the experience was something you wanna forget after 5 minutes and get back to small scale pvp that is unimportant related to eve politics or moons.
Drones belong only in the drone bay!
