is there a way to rise my Security Status without doing agent missons like pay a few mill isk to get it rased? i need to get from -.25 to +1.5 ASAP

Kill rats at belts/complexes/anomalies. Avoid drones, and faction NPC's because killing them wont alter your sec status.

Go to a system in 0.0. Fit out a HAC if you got the skills and ISK, battlecruiser if not, for some rats cruiser would work (depends on race of cruiser and rats and how you plan on tanking, but it still does the job of a bc as far as raising sec status goes). Then do what ISK farmers do - find a system with a lot of belts, go to a belt, kill some rats, anyone appears in local immediately warp to a safespot and cloak. Sit there until they leave. You can also bring an anchorable can along to store any phat lewt you get from these rats. Need to kill 1 bs per 10 minutes and around 0.0 sec status it takes approx 50 bs to go up a point. Ratting for crappy bs near some entrance system it will take you about 15 hours to go up to 1.5 provided you don't have much interference from other players.

Just curious, but what can you do with +1.5 that you are not allowed at -0.25?
