Going forward, "blue" standings to a Tortugan entity will only come about as the result of terms of a contract. The blue status will only remain for the duration of the contract and will be only with the member(s) of Tortuga involved with said contract. Setting you blue was the alternative, but that would prevent you draining ammo from our cyno jammer POS guns, and we don't want to spoil your fun.
