Just wondering if there are any major skills I am missing, and what I should be training.
I am going to train to use transports first of all, then??? I currently have been running lvl4 missions in a domi and my alt in a raven.
It seems to me like I still am missing something, can anybody please take a look? What skills should I continue with to be better at mission running?

You need armor compensations to boost the efficiency of your eanms, Drone interfacing V and battleship V, not much else you can do after that, other than maxing drone specializations...
Interfacing V really. Its like getting a sixth drone. ----

Also, consider finishing up your rail spec for tech 2 large rails. Then I might work on skilling for a Kronos.

I was under the impression that the compensation skills are only applicable when passive tanking, is this false?
Thanks for having a look.
drone interfacing V is on my to-do list, but after I skill for transports and do a few other smallish skills.
I am also thinking about cross training into amarr, just to keep things interesting. Bad idea at this stage?

Agreed too - I have been out of game for a year, didnt really know what sentrys were until a couple weeks ago. =P

I can see that you more than likely donĘt fly a battle cruiser too often but You may find a niche for them now your skills are good and have the time to train this skill.
Gallente Battleship to V Advanced Spaceship command to 5
Considering all the core skills you have are at acceptable levels there is nothing wrong with spending a couple of weeks finishing of a few skills before skilling for capital ships. If you donĘt like the idea of capitals the training you will undergo for them wonĘt be wasted but will consolidate what you have already learnt and make you more effective.
Considering your dedication to mission running training marauders will be an asset to you.

Compensation skills only work with passive (aka,those that cannot/need not be activated to work) hardeners. For shield tanks they are useless, since the passive shield hardeners are simply far worse than the active ones. This is also true for armor passive hardeners, with one exception: Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane. Theese are passive, good to use, and benefit from armor compensation skills.
Not to be confused with passive shield tanking. Passive shield tanking is when you rely on your shields natural rechargerate (tweakef with shield extenders, shield power relays, purger rigs) to sustain your tank. This is another philosophy entirely, and it uses active hardeners.
Also someone mentioned training Advanced Drone Interfacing, that is a skill that allows carriers and motherships to fit drone control units, absolutely useless on a dominix though. ----

Quite. I was hoping that gr7hug would look at training for capital ships in which training Advanced drone interfacing to IV would be usefull. Purely his choice.

Ok,
I think first I am going to get transport ships as I need one.
Next I will fill in any of the mentioned skills that take less than 5 days to complete.
Then either do drone interfacing 5 or train to use a Kronos as I hear they are BEASTY for mission running.

You also seem to lack also electronic warfare drone interfacing, that will give you +3 km per level more drone range. In addition to previously posted suggestions. Perhaps also logistic drones, altho I would make this one low priority as they are not very reasonable for hi sec missionrunning (can get concorded) unless CCP will get around to fixing em eventually.

Fortunately my alt is quite a bit more social than my main, thus my alt takes the missions.
I can then be a recluse and sit in the corner by myself =P

Probably, not critical but a couple levels in repair drones. It is helpful to have a couple armor repair drones to repair your damaged drones in lulls between waves of attackers or saves repair costs between missions.
