Well this is open for you guys to answer too... but here goes mine:
1) It has been this way since well forever. Undocking from stations issues. Caldari stations are horrible to try and undock. Gallentes are ok for the level 5 stations but anything else you just undock from the side of the station wall. This is not a new issue, i've just found it annoying as of late.
2) Select all = borked. It was working from retail -> castor. What happened in castor? Don't know but you have to Select all... and then refresh view... then drag otherwise you didn't really select all when you thought you selected all... SEE HOW CONFUSING THIS IS.... From Ashes to Ashes... From Dust to Dust....

I would add a 3): Will anything be done to add some fun in mining activities? It's the central activity of EVE and it's sooooooooo boring. It's still the major problem of EVE for me. Make mining a fun mini game, please oh pleeeeaaaaase

An annoying experience I have when playing Eve is when I'm purchasing something from the market. After the purchase, the whole item tree has to rebuild itself. Why can't it just refresh the section you are currently in?

1:Missiles: Have they ever really worked "right?" They were supposed to be the ultimate long range bombardment solution, instead, due to warp away and instant turret damage, they're all but worthless that far out. I personally think that firing large volleys of torpedos and watching them sail over to their target is the absolute coolest thing a spaceship can do. Unfortunately, this is not the case in EVE, missile use is relegated to Kestrel bombing runs and close range barrages. I'm not sure what the solution is, but I'd like to see some progress made here. As an aside, defender missiles have never really worked too well either.
2: Overabundance of battleships: Yes, I realize it's the end game, an I realize it's awesome to fly a huge behemoth that can barely fit through the station door. I myself get a huge rush every time I undock my typhoon. But does that have to mean every PVP engagement has to be predominantly battleships? Occasionally, I see the token Blackbird as an EW cruiser, but even that is fairly rare. I think the fairest solution to this problem would simply be to get elite frigates and cruisers out as fast as possible, but not elite battleships. I believe that these "more powerful" versions of current cruisers and frigates, are just what's required to strike a balance with the battleships that dominate the game at the moment. They allow extra power to the lower ship classes, while still requiring an extra investment of money and skill points.

I'm annoyed that chat is still bugged in such a way that long messages will cause following lines to vanish for a while.
Also the lack of corp options on the map. For instance, corp offices; also, it shows corp members in space, but not docked. ______________

When your in a fight and you ctd, you have witnesses, logs and even have the .dmp and .lbw files and your ship and items dont get returned by ccp. If you pay for somthing and it causes you problems any good buisness caters to its customers and helps them enjoy what they are paying for ccp however when you send them a chat log of the people involved they tell you "the logs could be faked" ( i for one dont like the insinuation that im a liar. ) or when you sent all the logs the game can give proving it was a server error and not thier famous its your computer responce. Simply put the game is basiclly a paid for beta test so thier are going to be problems, how ever it is up to ccp and its staff to go out of thier way to make the game enjoyable for all ( impossible task i know, but should strive for it none the less ) so if people ctd and loose everything would it not be in the best interest of ccp to replace then to deny replacement as this would add to the game play value and for people like me i get gankned more by server side GAME PROBLEMS then i do by other players.

1) The constant uberfication of a ship class, to bring it 'into balance' with a ship class that costs hundreds of times more. Especially when that ship class has nothing wrong with it at this time.
2) The obsession that MMORPG designers have with this mythical unicorn called 'balance', and how they only ever seem to strive to attain it by changing lots of related variables all at once, instead of just changing one thing at a time and surveying the results.

Dunno about you guys but for me the most annoying things are: 1) forgeting shield booster on autorepeat and realizing it boosted unecesarily eating all my cap: - an auto stop at full shields would be nice and 2) realoading - why cant there be an autoreload?

I only got one:
Auto-resize window bug
When you reach the edge of a non-pinned window (e.g. chat window) it sometimes automaticly resizes. This resizing goes on till the point where you do not see that specific window anymore, as it's somewhere out of your screen. Result: you have to re-load the client again, to get the window back.
Seriously thinking about it to "FRAPS" it (capture it on video), and send it to CCP. It's been there since beta for me, and still is not gone

Edited by: sableye on 20/04/2004 11:35:24 The only annoying thing I find is the way you increase your security standing one mistake and it's practically there forever, especially if your a new player who can't take on battle ship spawns. I find it annoying that one mistake podding someone costs you -1.25 security rating while attacking someoe only costs you -.05. I don't like how you have to regain standing either not everyone plays this game to fight npc spawns all day, in fact some like me hate it but are forced todo it now because as I say a silly mistake, nothing worse than having to concentrate on your gunnery skills ect when all you want to do is mine veldspar faster.

1.) When reloading ammo from your cargo hold, it orders the remaining ammo behind it. When you reload 5 guns at a time, your ammo disappears to the bottom of the list, and you have to re-sort it.
2.) Attributes tab of many skills have typos. Also some are confusing; some say that they give a 5% multiplier bonus, others say .5 bonus, still others say .5 multiplier.
examples: Energy Management says Capacitor Bonous: 5 energy. 5 energy? wtf? we all know it does +5%. Energy Pulse Weapons says Duration Bonus: -5 twice. Energy Grid Upgrades says -5 Cpu Need Bonus when we all know it is -5% cpu need bonus.

Sorry I don't agree with auto reload. We don't have many things to do during combat. The problem actually is the right click menu. A hotkey or a little button could make reload sequence more enjoyable. Please stop the auto-attitude, we need to micro manage our ships.

1. Blocking on chat connections. I find it very irritating to be sat there jumping into a system while I load a chat connection. Either that or the state-change messages are totally inaccurate, which is also very irritating.
2. If you try to undock too soon after switching ships, instead of testing before going through the undock procedure, the client runs through the procedure, then craps out. Just tell me it's too soon, don't take away my UI while I'm at it.
3. Disappearing non-local chat on state change. I appreciate that the screen needs to go black on state change, but why does the chat need to vanish? The text is buffered anyway. --------------=o0O+O0o=-------------- CEO, Grand Pasha and Mighty One Hazara Khan's Haphazard Bazaar The Finest Camels in all EVE! 1) Starting skills. Why cant we train up several to start when one finishes? So that you have several trian ina series, one after another.
2) Mining. Make mining more fun, either by making the roids bigger and take out 90% the belts, so you have many ppl working in the same belt for hours and hours. Or by making it more interesting to be in the belts, like have a domestic dispute to watch between a subordinate soldier in concord and his superior. Or have little critters you can snatch up when a astroid pops, like little easter eggs.
EVE is a beuatiful game! I love it. Well done CCP.
