How does karttoon keep his security status at -1.9?

Smilk	Posted - 2008.04.01 17:15:00 - [1] I've been looking at the jihad killboard these past few days and noticed karttoon ganks a lot of barges but his sec status never goes below -1.9. What's up with that? He's killed many pods to, and in high sec, he should be -10?

Why.... o.O Actually they use a combo of lag and downtime; there are a lot of alts with names very close to "kartoon" and during downtime the DB cleanup scripts use SOUNDEX queries to find and clean up scam alts. One side effect of this is that all the kartoon clones get the sec hit rather than him. It's a pretty elegant hack if you ask me. -- CEO, Moons Of Pluto industrial corporation.
