You would think that a Extended DT announcement (35 minutes after, so i think everyones noticed that the server is late up by now) would contain more usefull information.

I play this and WoW so this 1hr and some minutes, maybe a few additional hours dowtime, is no problem for me. Sure, I wanted to play this but when you get used to the 6 to 13 hour downtimes during WoW maintenance, this is nothing.

This should not be surprising to anyone happens more often than not. Have to be used to disappointment while playing eve. And be loose to because they dont use lube.

They **** it up and they don't care about paying customers whining. One should think they got some routine doing it every day, but CCP seems to be a little bit ignorant.

The lack of info, everytime there is extended downtime, reminds me of EA and their lack of information, a problem that you'd think monthly fees would remove.
Simply replying with we're not sure yet or most likely 2-3 hours, would more than suffice!

Do you really reach downtime with no idea what needs doing before you can start the server back up? Because it certainly seems like it.

True, but they should still know that this sort of performance costs them potential new customers. Eve's rep amoungst MMORPGS is 'Nice game, great idea, shame its so unreliable and has poor customer relations...'

why dose ccp always keep us in the dark it is not good pr and just telling us something is better then been kept in the dark i want some isk for lose of income (ingame) while we sit around due to youre screw up;'s maybe you should test the **** better b4 you deploy it and warn us b4 you decided to do it again

But then, CCP never answer to this kind of stuff that we post in the forums..... so ....
SWG has a 2 hour downtime and lately some servers have not been up for 4-8 hours...

i dont remember seeing anything about an extended DT today. when did they post this? and i agree it always happens when my toons are about to finish skills. thats 3 acc now that have finished during this couple min extension. hurry the heck up

so i lost skill time again great i getting tired of it :( i looked at the information if there wass any downtime planed longer then usual but hey its no suprise is it .... so off all the times that there wass a longer down time that is not mention and i lost skill time it would be nice to see something back never complained about it before becouse things happen but its anoying ! just wanted to express the fact i am anoyed with it right now !!! keep up the good work maby a red line or something would be nice in evemon that there is a downtime planed longer then it is normaly.... or when you log in to eve something red is nice to dont asume that when you patch something you can fix it in a hour but let us know about it allsow the small fixes so we can put a longer skill on now it seems i have to put on long skills every time you have a downtime becouse the 1 hour cant be trusted :(

This is just one more downtime extention, of many, and a request to allow the players to have one training skill queued since this certainly will occur again in the future.

your timing is awesome ... why didnt ccp announce that earlier ... i got a conloss at 4min 30 before dowentime and were unable to login again.... now i lost a container full of ore, a mission and my skill timed out before i could set up next skilltraining... god what a awesome timing |

CCP, when will you consider giving intel on extended downtimes before downtime? Or at least explain why you can't do such predictions?
