I've spoken with Shar but not heard a word from Benvie regarding the shares. I have been directed to buy back shares at 350k isk per share, thats a 35% lifetime return on investment. Approximately 10 billion to be returned to investors. Please be assured I will make daily payments as stocks come in until such time as everyone has turned in their stocks. Return your stocks to me Athre.

In that I mean if we don't take your buyback offer will we get another option of buyback when Shar gets back etc? I was under the impression that RDIR had earnt at least 80% over stock value over the period. This seems like a way for RDIR to get majority stocks back cheap and then pay official final dividend later. Either way it should definetly be addressed as it could be construed as misleading to have this buyback offer in place when profits far exceeded the amount being offered.

I for one don't care if you take offense. RDIR should have made, at a minimum, 80% profits. It could have been closer to 100% or more. That is the last bit of info we had. If this has changed we need to see an entire report and explanation of why. Short of that I don't believe anything you've said in this thread. Shar is too smart to tell someone to do what you're trying to do without giving you spreadsheets and documentation to back up your claims. Thus the only conclusion I can draw is that you are trying to scam people here and you're trying to use Shar's name to do so. If that offends you then too bad, it offends me that you're trying to screw around with Shar's reputation and good name. And as to having nothing to gain, you obviously would have a lot to gain. You'd be making 2-3 times your money on every single share you bought back at such a tiny amount. You may have had a better chance with this effort of yours if you had played it more in the line of "I know this is less than optimal, but the money has been lost, all that remains is approx 35% profits which I will be reimbursing", instead you tried to make it sound like it was GREAT that you'd pay out a whole 35% when we all know that isn't even remotely great.

I would apprciate seeing a full report before I return any shares as it was my understanding that profits were a lot higher than 35% and you have yourself, told us in other threads that sales are still being made regularly. I appreciate that Shar is still far from well and not so active at the moment, but it would be reassuring at least to have him confirm that you are acting on his behalf in this matter.

I'd suggest the 10 bill is dividended out and we wait for Benvie to show back up before closing it down. I've seen the same detailed spreadsheet as Shadarle - and the final profit was looking to be in the 75-100% range. Obviously some portion of that would go to Benvie (20% of all profits over 5% per month RDIR ran for from memory). At absolute worst the final payout to shareholders would be around 50-60% based on what I saw. So I repeat: just dividend out the 10 billion. If it turns out that IS the final payment then no harm's done - it's not like the RDIR name has any value any more. If, on the other hand, Benvie shows back up and we're entitled to more ISK then we haven't lost all record of who is entitled to what.

Now, Athre (and I) have access to a Sexy wallet link that shows the entire RDIR operational data, however due to it listing corporate transactions it means the other wallets are viewable. One of those other corporate wallets is used for EBANK withdrawals, so it's not possible to simply list the link so people can see for themselves. I want to get Athre in contact with Ray to see if there's a way he can produce another version of his app to remove the other corp wallets in question (only show the one used for RDIR). I am about to leave on holidays so if anyone gets in contact with Ray please direct him to this post. At this point it looks like Athre's offer is legit. There are no other funds to take. How this happened, why we were told a far larger sum prior, etc are all unanswered and only able to be determined by the sexy data or Benvie/Shar. I suggest we accept this buyback as it's not likely another one of larger substance will ever be forthcoming. I know how much trust Shar has in Athre and don't deny for a second that this is a legitimate buyback and the data advised to me by Athre is true to the best of her knowledge.

Can you confirm that the buy-back doesn't include anything for the chunk of stock given to Benvie? I'd guess, as said earlier, that's where the missing ISK is. I suppose taking the buy-back may be the only option: if so, I'd ask that a proper record be kept of all bought-backshares so if Benvie shows back up and isn't scamming then we have a mechanism by which the remaining profits can be properly distributed. I'm not too optimistic about Benvie showing back up, given he vanished pretty much as soon as he got the RDIR stock.

The numbers as they were given to me are thus: 30,000 shares 350,000 pay out per share ________ 10.5 billion pay out Wallet as this morning 6.8 bil Shar is listing a single lot Benvie never picked up to list and the nano's and shield emitters are still selling. Once everything is sold the full amount will be available. I will buy back as many shares as I can with what is available to me and then will continue as the items sell. Of all the shares, Shar gets paid last. I would show you a screen shot of sexy wallet but I believe the accusations of liar would continue none the less. Its unfortunate that my joy ,believing I could make a difference, by helping my friend and the people he is obligated to was so short lived.

Make that 1 trusted person for each year I've been playing Eve.. I'm blessed. To clarify, Athre is a director in my corp. I utilize the corporate wallet divisions to segregate various activities. This includes RDIR funds and Eve Bank teller funds. Now, personal matters aside, RDIR needs to be closed. I'm in the position to use some of my own funds to close it down. I do not have access to RDIR CEO or Directorship so I can not produce a list of share holders. However there is still the original shareholder list of which I'm sure has not changed too much. And with some circumstances in my own life pressing upon me I felt it best to settle various affairs as well as can be. As to the offer... it truly is from sales and some of my own money that I can shake free, not having logged into eve for well over a month, to help settle affairs. And, yes, I understand it is disappointing. I share in that feeling but you'll have to excuse the fact that under the circumstances it is not a high priority feeling. My job wasn't to make RDIR profitable. It was to be 3rd person security for the investors. I made the reports that I did because I was in the position to make those reports. Such is not quite the case at this time nor am I in a position to be very confidant how matters will stand at the end of all this. So this offer is simply an attempt at doing this decently after so much else has gone wrong. In the end, Athre is riding a white horse, wearing a white hate, coming to salvage the mess and save your relative asses. She's an MD newbie but she's not asking none of yall for a damned thing. Each of us invested in a speculation IPO that got derailed. ***** and moan about that, I deserve it. But in the end you all got what you put in back in your wallets and 350K per share on top of that as well. If you don't like it, as Athre would say it and I concur, "Go suck an egg." PS: I would've posted sooner but the discussion of this with Athre and others drained me and I had to go get some sleep. Athrea truly is a newb to the MD so doesn't realize that to be proper and polite here requires a person to mentally tell you all "go to hell" as one post replies. It's counterintuitive, I know, but she's a fast learner. To Shar -verb: 1 - To say what you mean. 2 - To say what it means. 3 - To say something mean.
