Just wondering which would be faster at completing level 3's, a Raven or a Drake?
Also say if skills might make a difference, i.e. minimum skills and equip needed to be quicker.
And would there be a ship that's faster then either or these?

Drake generally. If you are going against sansha/bloods then you may be better in an amarr BC.
Heavy missiles hit cruiser/frigs harder than cruise missiles and drake is faster to fly between gates in missions. Drakes kinetic bonus is great for going against guristas and serps.

Drake does lvl 3 faster because you just sit there hurling cruise missiles at cruiser/hacs/frigs in a raven.
Fit 3 BCS, 1 SPR in lows and the highest RoF missile launchers you can afford.

Was sorta hoping the Raven would be better, that way I could just invest all my monies into it and just have two sets of fittings.

From those 2 you mentioned Drake, altho for lev 3 speedrunning in my experience Cerberus outperforms them both as it offers optimal agility/firepower relation.

Probably true, but wasn't the question. Nighthawk would be even better.

I fing my Myrm to be faster then my Drake, although the Drake to be far more afk-friendly :) |

Don't you meant the Myrm is more AFK friendly?
You can only AFK in a Drake until the launchers run out of missiles  |

Haha, true.
What I meant is that the Myrm needs more micromanagement with guns and drones and reppers and things and stuff whereas the Drake is more of an "aim and fire with no chance of screwing up" kind of deal. I guess you can just warp in the Myrm, release drones, turn on the reppers and come back to collect loots. Both are easymodeboats for lvl3's :) |

I was actually thinking of a passive tanked Myrm (It does it as good as a Drake, if not better). Of course, you'd need to do it without guns if AFK, but I'm pretty sure the drones do more damage than FoF missiles anyway so no big loss.  |
