Well, darth is insisting that he is buying a titan today. I wonder - how will that titan help alliancemates replace their ships? Does it mine? How about you be a little less selfish and use the isk for entire ally and not just for an e-peen that you'll hardly ever use. Admit it, it's about personal gratification. Afterall, when we lose our space I doubt you'll sell the e-peen and give the isk back to the corps that took and defended the moons that paid for it.
This is just further evidence that darth has been ruined by moon mining and has completed the transition into a meglomaniac. Replace our BSs first, then our caps, THEN maybe think about your e-peen.

LoL In the laggy world of mega blobs (read: tri/ins/smashkill/razor/MM) titans are teh ultimate defensive tool, and while it wont replace your battleship, it will certainly help you take less losses.

Unfortunately this comes in 2nd for drama of the week....but its good drama.
Made CAOD entertaining for a little bit. and LOLZ at Insurgency...i give you about a week, maybe a week and a half, before we see "Inusrgency has surrendered...Northern coalition give us one week to move assets out"
From talking with friends I have in Insurgency a lot of people are already moving assets out, looking for new corps/alliances at they view this as a lost cause. But hell from what they tell me is going on and their general morale, I would be doing the same thing.
But i could be wrong. Looks like some good fights up there, though this past weekend Insurgency seems to be on the short end of winning.

What used to make Insurgency great was that we weren't about the mega blob, titans, etc. We got things done with conventional fleets, which was FUN. Me sitting in a POS in the crappy T1 BC I can afford while some guy clicks a button on his 75 billion e-peen once an hour is hardly FUN.
That is, if he even buys it...
But seriously, aren't I - the average pilot in EVE wihtout the resources to replace 10 BS a month - every bit entitled to the economic benefit and enjoyment of being in a space-holding alliance? You think BoB would let its members go without BSs? Or suspend Cap reimbursements? I dunno. I don't like it. Someone please save darth from himself, or Insurgency from darth. I pay the same amount for my subscription as Insurgency leaders, but they seem to be forgetting that.
Don't get me wrong, I don't want Razor and Co. to win, I just don't want Insurgency to implode over this disgusting display of greed and nobody within the alliance is being allowed to speak their mind in a constructive manner so I am stuck with this approach.

Again you show that you have no idea how wars are waged (ie space is held/conquered) in 0.0 EVE these days.
As to the replacement part. I have been in several 0.0 corps, with this and other chracters, and I never expected anyone to pay up if I lose ships. I have the opportunity to be in 0.0 (access to rats and ore), and have the opportunity to have fun and shoot stuff. If that is not enough for you or if you have problem making ISK, then you should stick to do missions for a while, or remove the thought of living in 0.0 from your mind completely, since apparantly you are not fit for it. If a corp/alliance offers ship replacement it is a bonus not a must, and again, if you don't like the current policy, just leave, nobody will hold you back - that is if you are really a member of Insurgency, atm.
Also, if the alliance leadership feels like they need to spend alliance money in a certain way (Titan, Mothership, or whatever) then it's their decision. Live with it or leave. If everyone would start to throw in ideas how to spend the cash, then no decision would ever be reached.

Only if you show dedication, and effort, and don't go whining to the Forum on the slightest sign of problems. Did darth make bad calls? Sure! Has darth made mistakes? You bet. Then again, the one who never did please throw the first stone. But it is simply not true that he is the egomaniac, greedy dog you want to picture him. He is dedicated to make Insurgency work, and puts a lot of energy into it (as do other members of CELES/Insurgency), and greed for ISK is definitely no motivator there.

Unhappy member would rather whine about something, while you did what every spy does, you started posting what's on insrg's internal forums. their last tacting is hacking insrg vent servers and at the exact moment when a fight begins they start broadcasting loud music making it imposible for the insrg fcs to call targets untill they can ban the spy off vent..

This morning Insurgency rounded up all the bunnies and killed them, knowing that RzR and Co love bunnies so much in an attempt to remove there fighting spirit.
This afternoon a pet goldfish of Fredos died in suspicious circumstances, Insurg are clearly to blame
