We had an incident with a pilot who is a resident in Omist region which TCF runs. I'm not naming that pilot, but he knows who he is if he reads it. We where living down there until recently we got ôkickedö out. We was ratting in a system where some pilots which we suspect to use macro-ratters normally roam. We noticed this because they just came in and killed all our spawns which we where already shooting at. And when we tried to say ôHey, what are you doingö. And no response. As you can read from the log here. He comes in to the belt and started to shoot. And then left. He even admits not being in front of his computer. We took this case to his CEO and told him about the situation. Nothing happened. Then we contacted the CEO again because it was still happening. And CEO still did nothing. We got more members in our corporation and expanded a bit outside that particular system. So I guess there was not room enough for both us and their macro-ratters. They turned to TCF and told them we had done the same things to them. I was presented with accusations. But when I asked for proof from logs which they had. No one suddenly had the logs. Quickly after the XXXXX corporation/alliance had contacted TCF. A new set of rules applied to all FTZ regions and systems. HI all I have been informed of problems between some residents/ftz 1) No petitionning against an other resident for macroing or so 2) Problems with other resident must be seen with me. 3) No smack talk. 4) No killing of an other resident for a farming problem or so. 5) People that have been convicted of not respecting rules regarding farming will be asked to leave FTZ 6) Corporation that keep members not respecting rules , will be kiked form FTz or for resident corpo out of FTZ set red within 48h after last warning. 7) Smack and insult on alliance chan or infos channel will directly drive this member out of FTZ area. 8) Corporation that have past fee still due will have 30 days to pay their due before being kikked. for other rules please re read http://ftz.tauceti-federation.com/ Best regards Don K Signed by contact person for omist region in TCF. What he here states in his first new rule, is that petitioning other residents for macro usage is not allowed. Now to my knowledge that is against this game's EULA. Correct me if I'm wrong. So they kicked us out for following the game rules?? But before you do, take a look at Tau Ceti Federation International. And have a look at their members names. Ring a Bell??? -mancert-

We do not support macro, you can make a petition if you suspect someone that use a macro and then let CCP do their job, you haven't to make the notification and the police. We wish to permit corporations to have an access to 0.0 and we want our residents to have the best gameplay that we can offer. It's a game, we needn't tensions, we take decisions to avoid conflicts between residents. Now, you may find fun elsewhere. Best regards, Tenak.

A better choice would have been to report this to CCP with proof before going on the forums.

Well we had a lot of stuff down there which needed to be shiped out before they set us, i guess now, RED :D

If you get no response, or a response along the lines of "stop violence my boat" you have a farmer. Also like to the people who are responsible for recruiting, doesn't it strike you as odd when they aren't logged into vent/ts? Why do no pilots from this corp come on alliance ops? These are just a few questions you should be asking.

Alliance rules where set to NOT petition fellow alliance members for macro-suspicion. And ofcourse i would not petition without enough evidence. But it is kinda hard not to draw conclusions due to the fact that xxxxx was claiming to be away. And belive me, it was not the first time this happend.

A third of our players can't speak english really well @op : I don't even understand why you didn't petition XXXXX and asked our mighty powers if you could. Nerfz	Posted - 2008.04.23 19:55:00 - [21] Gonna clarify situation a bit. Mine Osaurus was mining in a belt permatanking a spawn without probs while having miningdrones out in space aswell. Then the XXXXX who is always ratting in that system warps in same belt and starts killing the spawn. Then the posted text was said in local. Anyway new spawn in belt and they kill my drones. (Mine Osaurus has sound off to not get nuts of the mininglaser sound) Then around 15mins after losing the drones, XXXXX warps in belt again and starts killing spawn again... After a few minutes he talks in local saying sorry and he would reimburse the harvesters and blames his wife. For me case was closed expecting he would reimburse me some time later. BUT, a few weeks later we find ourselves having to quit the alliance cause false accusations... Following is a convo between mancert and Tenak; [ 2008.04.19 17:06:23 ] Tenak > The Fact I've been told with logs: 1/ Some of your pilots killed farmed pops used by miners 2/ Some of your pilots killed farmed pops 3/ your pilots smack the local 4/ Your pilots petitions some Burning horizon as macromin... Hmmm what can I say? This is telling the story upside down... 1/ we never kill spawns tanked by miners 2/ we never kill other ppl spawns for simple reason we rat aswell and wouldnt like anyone to do same to us 3/ we smacktalk? hmm maybe a little towards targets, who doesnt? 4/ if Burning Horizons was petitioned then they are aiming their anger at the wrong corp cause we didnt... XXXXX is online nearly 23/7, once in a while hes idle at POS tho but those times are way to small to be called sleeping time. Another thing is he only kills the rats and never loots or salvages... And he isnt the onlyone. Nearby systems are all having players ratting who seem to have 'a serious sleeping disorder' Since this crap started the 23/7 online time has significantly dropped tho... Someone starting to feel the heat?
