Hello all,
I looked through several pages of threads hoping to find this issue - I apologize if it has already been posted, but I was unable to find it.
To my knowledge, the radius of a scan probe should be visible on the solar system map. Whenever I drop a new probe, that probe's scanning radius is not visible on the solar system map until another probe is dropped. The previously dropped probe's radius will appear, while the newly dropped probe's will not.
Also, on occasion, dropping a probe seems to toggle at random the visibility of the radius of ALL probes.
I'm not very experienced with exploration, so I'm not certain if I am doing something wrong or if there is a real display issue. Help in either direction would be great.

ye, sometimes it seems buggy for no apparent reasons.
usially they show when i select, sometimes they "stay showing", so when i kill multispec and do my usual thing, i still see the "big globe", and when iam down to sift i also still see the ghost image of quest etc.
on Other days they dont show up at all, or sometimes i have the problem you have that i have to select 1 probe more to view the "last selected one".
at least youre not alone :P

Any problems with display can usually be fixed by closing and reopening the scan window. Seems to reset it.

yes, the usual "fluke" when warping while scanning, but not the issue what the OP and me describe :)

No it resets the displaying of the probe bubbles as well. Try it.

think i did, but didnt worked that day where no bubble ever "vanished"
(toggled the scanner AND the map itself)
