Last time i checked trainsurgency was at 6k members more or less, and naptrain coalition has around 9k if you add up members (not that those numbers mean a thing)

Numbers in the alliance(s) doesn't matter. What matters is how many pilots you can get in gang and in the respective classes of ships. In that respect there is parity between the combatants across the line - except for Titans.
